Ill give five stars cuzz food n service was awesome. But me n my girl went there last week n ordered 2 fisherman platers n a cup of chowder..... We went under the bridge to enjoy it.... Opened our plates and had a nice peice of fish... But hardley any clams.... Not worth the 60 bucks we spent. This is the second time this has happened...... Maybe a mistake by the server... Not sure.... But we have been going there for a long time... And hate to say it... The portions went down hill.... Prob going to have to find a new place to go. We dont mind paying the money cuzz obviously seafood is pricey..... But we feel we paid for two seafood platers.... But only got one..... Got like five clams. Three shrimp and two small portions of fish in each meal.... Not worth 60 bucks... We will be shopping around for another seafood place. Sucks cuzz the food is amazing and never had this problem there before....
Love love love this place! The best lobster bisque hands down, I even have my boyfriend eating it and he hates soups. I always get a steamed lobster, he gets a fried shrimp platter and our dogs just get jealous � easily one of my favorite local, easy places to feast
What can I say.....
This place is simply great. I've been coming to this place for the last four years, with the certainty that I will be dancing in my with the fantastic Fish Sandwich.
One might not understand what is in a fish sandwich that would create such an emotion, But living by the sea all my life I have been able to do a fair share of research.
It's down to the passion of fresh products put together with noticeable care.
As an artisan I value simple things done very well. Along with my personal favorite, I love the Steamers and Twin lobster plate. The fish chowder is loader with propper chuncks of cod and a genuine flavor.
The Lobster Stop is one of the best in the area and I am looking forwardto my next week visit next week.
P.s. do squeeze the lemon slice all over the fresh fish and use the delicious tartar souce.

Stopped in last night for fried clams , I asked the girlthe counter if I could get smaller ones if possible but no problem if they can’t . Not only did they honor my request I got my meal incredibley fast , great portions and an outstanding price !!!!! Thank you Lobster Stop !!!
This place is replacing The Clam Box in my heart! The waitstaff was awesome and very attentive to our needs and the food? Good enough to slap my Momma (just kidding, guys)! The chef was so nice and very shy of taking our compliments. Visit and you will not be disappointed. Recommendations to have dinner here is going around!

Delicious and I split a seafood platter with my daughter and it was plenty! It was so delicious and fresh. I will be back

The best whole clams I've ever had! Lobster rolls are also delicious, as is the lobster bisque (giant claw and tail meat in a super flavorful bisque). The service has always been great, and at times absolutely above and beyond.
Luv it every time and lobsters are very reasonable this time of year!

This place is awesome! ! I had a lobster roll and he had a seafood platter..it was all so fresh even down to the coleslaw !! Worth every penny!
The seafood in this place is great. I loved all the food particularly the grilled shrimp, one of the best I have ever tasted. Definitely recommend. The food is reasonably priced and I plan to go back. The owner and the staff are super nice and they did a great job.
I loved it. Lobster roll was fresh, perfect temp. And I love how they separate the lobster roll, fries and pickle so nothing gets soggy. I like my food separate so this was a beautiful thing to witness. I will definitely go back. They are also super quick and nice.
So many choices! I have to come back and try more! I ordered to take out shrimp tacos, fish taco and chicken tacos. Also, garden salad. They prepared my order very fast and the food was very tasty.
They have sittings inside and outside. Nice place to stop by.
We had the best seafood, best hospitality from the staff. Oh boy everything is fresh and the lobster is excellent. The shrimp, calamari and the Salad are delicious. Absolutely we will go there again believe me we drove from Millbury to Quincy to have this lovely seafood. Thanks again for the great hospitality!!
Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Quincy . The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing!! – everything we tasted melted in other mouths of how good it is!!! Absolutely the best meal we had while in the lobster stop. Highly recommend!!!
Great warm butter lobster roll! Tender and flavorful chunks of lobster meat and on a nicely toasted roll. Smallish size but that goes with the smallish price (compared to others) and I guess that’s why they have the double option. Top quality!! I am glad I stopped! Generous portion of French fries.
