The staff at this location are always super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and the food tastes great and is served quickly- both in the restaurant and the drive thru.
My family and I really enjoy the chicken tenders and the Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich.

Excellent Zaxby’s. I go a little further now to patronize this one over the one closer to me because this store has friendly employees, a clean atmosphere, and unmatched order fulfillment. They still haven’t forgotten a single thing off my orders and while that should be the standard across all food places, it’s generally not so I’m appreciative of the standards this store holds itself to.
First time here and the food is decent along with the hospitality from the employees and the customers being that I’m new to NC.

I received a friendly greeting. Service was efficient and my order was ready quickly. Ordered the grilled chicken zalad. Fresh ingredients and tasty. Felt valued as a customer.
The food wasn't that great this time, fries were old. Our orders were incomplete, missing drinks, chicken or sandwich. Although we were made whole. There were too many people behind the counter confusion. Looked they were learning the (job) ropes and the girl who took our order just wasn't on the ball at all. The boss just walked around. Nothing to be proud of sir.
Food was very good and the service was great. Used my senior discount awesome. And the other best thing beside my meal was employee Renee C very friendly, the kind of employee every business needs. This zaxby's gets an A+.
This Zaxby's is the best in the Raleigh- Durham area. They're clean, welcoming, attentive, and pay close attention when fulfilling orders. My favorite Zaxby's by far.
