After an initial issue with the manager over a packaging concern, we are again satisfied.
As far as the food goes, it's not quite Shiano's - I'm partial to the authentic NY experience - but it is 10X better than the rest of the chain pizza places. We just recently discovered this store this weekend the after not daring to order for fear that they'd be just another fast-food-pizza joint. We were very surprised. Much better than the rest, without question. The family is pleased again.
The staff is friendly and usually quick to take your order. The place us clean and there are chairs to sit on while you wait for your pizza. Prices are reasonable for what you get.
Great high quality delivery pizza. Very different than the other 2 major delivery joints. You MUST give it a try! This location has the absolute worst person answering the phones. They always mess up orders and directions. They also force you to repeat everything multiple times. Absolute worst person to be answering phones.
