I am so happy here at Signature 1505! The staff are super great and helpful. I never hesitate to call in and ask questions. They are great at communicating with residents!
I loved living at Signature, it is a great college apartment. The office staff is super friendly and they have community food events pretty frequently. The packages are kept safe in the mail room and the apartments come furnished. I would definitely recommend my friends to live here!
When it comes to college living, Signature 1505 is the absolute BEST and no other apartment complex comes close. I have had apartment struggles in the past, but I have never had to worry about anything living here. The staff here are extremely helpful, kind, and professional. The building itself and all of its rooms are in great condition, and all of the common areas are super tidy and nice. If I were a parent to an NC State student, I would want them living here. The location is also perfect! It is only a 10 minute walk to downtown Raleigh or to the NC State campus. Management- keep doing what you're doing!
Just moved in this year, and it's honestly a great value for what you pay. I'd definitely recommend if you are a student looking for affordable housing near campus. The pool is always a fun time in summer, and me and my roommates love going to the game room to play pool or ping pong at night. The management is always super helpful and respond very fast to any emails or maintenance requests I submit.
A huge thank you to TK from the leasing office for helping me move in so quickly. I sent out an email and a couple of days later, I was moved in with one of my friends (who happened to not have a roommate at the moment). Very efficient service! Also one of the best apartments I've ever lived in. It has everything I could ever need (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, a spacious room, private bathroom, a dedicated closet...). Very comfortable and well kept condo. Location is great as well. Would 100% recommend!
I just started my sublease here at signature and it was super easy and fast experience! The apartments are great (I chose to move here because I have lots of friends who live in the building) and they all love it! The pool is also a great plus while being here for the summer!
Hi! Fantastic assistance from the team and Liz in particular who helped out enforce the Residence rules -in particular for noise issues from roomates.
Other than that the Residence is truly awesome. It has everything one could need and beyond. Description matches the reality in full and moving in was fast and simple.
Definitely some pros and cons, but overall nice experience. No issues with cleanliness, warm water, AC, heating, and Work requests in a year here. Mainly moved here for the golf simulator but that is always locked or inoperable and not available to residents for almost 5 months which is a huge downside. Overall rents are comparable for the area and it’s a good place to live.
I have lived at signature 1505 since I transferred here last Spring semester, and it has been such a wonderful experience! The units are updated and modern as well as clean! I have never had a problem with bugs or any other pests!! The staff is very friendly and are always very accommodating and willing to answer any questions you have. Overall, this is a wonderful facility located in the perfect location near Hillsborough street shops and restaurants, campus, and even Cameron village shopping center! The only downfall is not many visitor parking spots, but my friends and family have always been able to find a spot on the street :)
Theory has been a great apartment for me while being a student. As expected, new properties can have its flaws but management has always been quick to accommodate and fulfill our maintenance requests (which were minor issues such as thermostat dropping temps). The leasing office people are m nice and want to help with any questions! Emily and TK were very nice and helpful whenever I brought something up to them. great staff and I couldn’t be happier with my unit
Great location. There is little to no visitor parking which is unfortunate when family or friends come to town, but I understand this rule is to ensure parking for residents. My move in process was amazing with lots of help and friendly people. Upon arrival, my mattress had a burn hole in it, and several scratches/paint issues, but maintenance crew responds quickly. Free food Fridays are amazing and if you are in the complex, you can always get some awesome food. Water and electricity have been shut off without warning. Wifi has gone out frequently over the past month and it was resolved within 3 days. Overall a great community to live in.
The amenities are really nice, our apartments too, it is really pleasant to live there. I would recommend anyone to live there. The neighborhood and the location are great. 15/20 minutes walking distance to Talley Student Union/NCSU campus and downtown.
Since moving in everything has been great. The apartment was in good condition when I moved in and any maintenance issues I have had were quickly resolved by the maintenance staff who are very friendly. In addition, the staff has been helpful and answered any questions I've had. They are polite and always welcoming. I'm happy to be living here this year and would recommend to others too.

I've been living at Theory for an entire semester now, and I've already renewed my lease for my 2019-2020 academic year! I truly could not have found a better place to live that meets my needs as far as being close to campus and reasonably priced. The staff is super helpful as always, and I've never felt more content in any student living scenario as I have here!
I was a nervous wreck signing the lease to my first apartment. I still kind of am a nervous wreck, but the staff at Theory have really helped put my mind at ease and have been super patient in answering any and every concerns I had. My roommates and I are very excited to live there in the fall!!

I've been a resident at Theory Raleigh since it opened (and I happened to be the first to re-up my lease for another year), and my experience has been great so far. The staff is very helpful and quick to respond. The location is fantastic. I'm a walk away from North campus at NCSU which is perfect for my needs. The facilities are very pretty with all the amenities.
I also have to say TK in the Theory office is the best. She's always smiling and super friendly. I always feel comfortable going to office for mail or any concerns I have, because she's so great.
I highly recommend Theory Raleigh if you're looking for a place especially one close to NCSU.
Update: Going on year 5 at Signature and re-upping yet again (I'm a grad student, not a super senior NTTAWWT), I find the staff as friendly and helpful as when I moved in. TK is still the best and Syd is great too! Everyone is always quick to be of service and take care of any needs that come up in regular upkeep and maintainence. I'll forever be spoiled by the location so near to downtown Raleigh and practically on campus with a short 20 minute drive to the airport. Signature 1505 is a very easy and convenient place to live.
