I recently visited Five Guys in Raleigh, North Carolina and was overall impressed with the experience. The restaurant is in a convenient location with plenty of parking, making it an easy choice for a quick and delicious meal.
The food at Five Guys is undeniably tasty, with great options for burgers, fries, and milkshakes. However, I couldn't help but feel that the prices were a bit steep for what you get. The portions are generous, but it's hard to justify spending so much on a burger and fries, even if they are made with high-quality ingredients.
That being said, the atmosphere and the service really make up for the price. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The availability of toppings and condiments was also a huge plus, allowing customers to customize their meal to their liking.
Overall, I would recommend Five Guys in Raleigh for a delicious, though slightly overpriced, meal. The customer service and location make it a worthwhile option for a convenient and satisfying dining experience.
Five Guys at North Hills next to the movie theater. Always enjoy Five Guys’ milkshake. It came with free toppings, and I had the milkshake with strawberry, oreo cookies, banana, and bits of bacon for a mix of savory and sweet. It was really good! The staff member was also very friendly.
Jackson at Five Guys is seriously awesome! Every time I go there, he greets me with a big smile and takes the time to make sure my order is just right. Not only is he super friendly, but he's also really efficient and knows how to make a delicious burger. I always leave Five Guys with a satisfied belly and a smile on my face, thanks to Jackson's great service. Keep up the fantastic work, Jackson! 🙌🎉
Typical Five Guys if you’re familiar with them. Much better than your usual burger fast food joints! Parking could be a hassle here and they do NOT have a drive thru. Nice area. There is underground parking nearby if you feel like walking around, this is a nice spot to do it with lots of little shops and food outlets.
Ordered a cheese burger and was not disappointed by the food and service. The fries are amazing and the patties taste like homemade burger. Would definitely visit it again.
Were visiting from Miami, shontel and Cameron were very nice to me and my family, when we were ordering. It’s our first time trying five guys and my kids loved it. The place was very clean and the service is above and beyond. Definitely recommend it.
The inverted cheeseburger was the best burger we have had all year! Shoutout to the cooks on Tuesday night, got an extra tip when we return! Yall the bacon was crispy, cheesy, and savory that we couldn't take a pic lol! 10 out of 10 for sure!
This is probably the best Five Guys we've had in the triangle... Just noticed that I had given this 5 stars 5 years ago, so I guess it's been like this for a while?
Good reliable burger and fries, clean shop. When we realized we were missing one order of fries they immediately made more fresh and in a bigger size.
Always a great meal at five guys, and tonight was no different! We ordered burgers and fries, and both were excellent. Customer service was great too. With Covid precautions, you have to ask for extra condiments, napkins, and peanuts, but they have nicely packaged the peanuts into bags for easy grab and go. Another new feature is the coke machines have QR codes that allow you to scan the machine, select your drink, and pour your drink all with the touch of your phone. Very cool! Solid place to stop for a tasty burger and fries.
We really like Five Guys. Their "small burgers" are anything but and the serving size for the fries is ridiculous. We particularly love the cajun fries. They have other offerings, too, like veggie sandwiches, hot dogs, blt's and grilled cheese sandwiches. Not a big fan of the shakes because of the flavoring, but the rest is great.
I understand that meat prices gone up but still the price for one person is high. Fries are good and large amount for the price.

The food is amazing, the staff are all very friendly, they have two coke freestyles so lots of choices on beverage, the French fries are the best I've ever had. They're made with peanut oil! Which makes sense with all the free peanuts! This specific location is located right outside of the Regal Cinema and so my favorite tradition is to eat here and then go see a movie or vice versa. This specific location is also always nice and clean and every time I come here the staff go above and beyond to make sure we have a pleasant experience. You guys are the bees knees!
