I have always considered Hardees as having the best tasting burgers of all places that sell them. And my last trip did not disappoint
The food came our correct, fast and was hot. The place however could definitely have been more clean. The drink station had spilled pop all over and people had just thrown napkins, straws and lids all over the place. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The people were nice and the food tasted great but if you're super picky about cleanliness you might look elsewhere.
Went thru drive thru. The outside definitely needs scrubbing. The cinnamon n raising biscuits were fresh tho.
Lady at the drive thru Saturday morning was absolutely awesome and amazing. She had the best customer service you could ever ask for or imagine. Good was good and fresh as well.
It's always chilled ,Really great service . Me and my family favorite eat spot on a chill day .

The "burger guy," today was outstanding. Last time, I got a similarly remarkably mouthwatering burger (famous star cheesburger) made by a girl here. I thought that I just got lucky that time.
Not so...
It turns out that you all take great pride and put in great effort
in cooking fanstastic food that is worthy of a barbecue.
Please convey my compliments to that burger person, working this shift.
Of course, keep it up, in general...as you have gained a fan for life!
They have the best French fries I've eaten in Raleigh so far! I usually only get the $5 meal that has 3 piece chicken strips, small fries and a small drink. It is very filling for one person. The food is fresh, hot and excellent. I would recommend this place especially for the fries. The only shortcoming would be the lack of vegetarian options. They could bring in an impossible burger that would boost their sales.

Second visit to any Hardee's anywhere (am from NY) ; .First time with this team. Chronologically: Saturday afternoon ~5 PM..very quiet. Online order. Very nice cashier looked for it; did not find it. Manager also verified. We waited as I was early. Manager nicely came by to verify that i got a confirmation no. I concurred. Around 6 mins before the designated time- manager saw me and verified receipt. Apologized about the pies..apple. had to drop two. Me? Absolutely no problem, as I love piping hot apple pies (who doesn't?). Star Burger was in process by C. the cook. Asked for a tray and condiments (mustard ketchup and mayo).
Served, first a piping hot PERFECT deluxe burger. Personalized it with my condiments...

I've eaten at Highend burger bars and restaurants such as Red Robin. This was a fresh backyard barbecue level of taste. A bit later, the pies were exactly per my specs...Fresh, hot and sweet...
I thought that I was supporting the re-opening of this franchise due to covid19 temp closures. It turns out this 'dream team crew...' was supporting me. I am sorry, but if anyone says anything bad about this place...I ask you to read this full blurb here, because there is something about these guys that you feel thatthey go above and beyond for their customer...a dream team...KEEP IT UP!
Love their thickburgers and the service has been good everytime I eat there for lunch!
Dude in the back making burgers around 2 o’clock in the afternoon he’s a bad mother he deserves a raise that was the best damn mushroom Swiss ever had and the fries were hot by far the best Hardees I’ve been to
I have been eating at the hardees on Gorman street for 2 years ,the service ,food ,and atmosphere are all excellent,very clean staff is always courteous I would recommend this establishment
I gave this Hardee’s a 5 Star because of a manger William Ross from a different location. From ordering to getting the food his attitude and customer service has been the best since I’ve been to this one. I don’t know his original location but I see why he’s a manager. Keep it up Will !
Haven't seen a Hardee's since Iowa. It's not as awesome as it used to be but it's still pretty good! Nothing against this location in particular, just speaking of the company.
They actually paid attention to the way I wanted my order. Didn't treat as "just another customer".
I go here almost every other day for lunch. I think they have the greatest staff ever. The morning staff is super nice and the lunch staff are just as nice. Great service. The bathrooms are immaculately clean as well. Keep it up guys!
