You know it’s gonna be a bad experience when your order taker acts like she doesn’t want to be there. Both sandwiches was incorrect 👎🏽So disappointing!!

The shop is extremely convenient as it is less than 5 minutes from our home. We placed an order 2 days in advance and when we went to pick them up, the order was waiting for us. If I could give a zero, I would the bagels we got were under proofed and dough. The gal behind the counter was also very unfriendly and unprofessional. We ended up not eating either bagels.

Took them about 20 minutes to make my latte. They put the cup under the machine and left It there and continued taking more orders. Even after I asked they took another 10 minutes to make it. 2 stars cause I got a refund at least.

They serve the best bagels in the San Diego city! Freshly baked bagels, numerous variety of cream cheese and lots of flavored coffee choices makes your breakfast experience awesome. Be sure to get there early in the morning - they could be big waiting

The vanilla hazelnut coffee is the best morning buzz. Bagels are great too. Orders took a little longer though but it also means super fresh bagels.
