Had them at the Route 66 Cruisin' Reunion this past weekend. Went back 3x's. Both their pulled pork and Tri-Tip sandwiches were the best at the car show!!!

Cujo catered my daughter's wedding on 11/13/21 and then my company holiday party on 12/17/21. His food is AMAZING!!! So many people were raving about it at the wedding and then at my work party people could not stop talking about how excellent everything was. The meat is so tender with the perfect amount of spices, the mac-n-cheese is to die for, the peach cobbler - OMG. so good!!! My employees can sometimes be hard to please, and I've been coordinating company events/parties for 30 years now and I would have to say that this event received the most compliments. What set's Cujo apart from other caterers is that he does all the cooking and setting up himself, and it's very obvious how passionate he is about his food and BBQing technique - he strives to make sure his customer is 100% satisfied!! I don't know how he does it, he's got tons of energy and somehow manages it all, like I said, he does all the cooking and setting up. The wedding event was set up very classy and it took on the same theme as the wedding, which was rustic chic. With the feedback we got from the wedding and company holiday party, he will be having bookings with many people. We can't' wait to have our next event - and I was told by all "You've raised the bar, there's no going back to anybody but Cujo." I have pictures and I will come back on here to post.
Cujos Big Smoke BBQ is the reaaaaaal deal! The ribs, chicken, brisket, tri-tip dance on your taste buds and make sweet music in your stomach! Just good ole down home Texas BBQ. Terry provides the A1 customer service and Cujo provides the best BBQ in the Inland Empire, hands down. A bit pricey because they only serve whole slabs of ribs, whole chickens, etc. But the quality is well worth the price! They will even prepare you a BBQ FEAST for the whole family on holidays!! I go here almost every weekend for this delicious treat.

We had Cujo cater our wedding and he did an amazing job! We are still hearing how great the food was! Cujo got to our venue a few hours early with his smoker so by the time our guests got there the whole place smelled amazing. Not only was his food great, be he was super easy to work with. He was very responsive and got any necessary paperwork to our venue without any difficulty. I would highly recommend him for any of your catering needs; I know we will be using him again.
They are no longer at this location they are on east street and baseline. Cujo gave me mom a taste of ribs and when I say my mom is picky I mean she is PICKY, but when she took a bite her eyes opened wide open because it was so delicious. I will be ordering my ribs from here from now on.
Found them by chance. Had gone to another place but it was shut down for good. They were setting up at East ave. Across the street from Just Play Adventure Park. Very friendly but most importantly the ribs & chicken are to die for. Hands down best bbq around.
