I love that Noodles and Company have Keto Friendly options. The Zucchini Shrimp Scampi is my favorite. It’s very flavorful and just 240 calories. My teenage son loves the Buffalo Mac.
We visited this place yesterday and we had a great experience. The staff there were friendly and really went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that our end result would be great.
It was our first time there and they took the time to explain what they had, the different types of noodles, sauces and more. They asked what kind of food I normally like, spicy and not spicy and so forth. I am a vegetarian on keto - again, they took the time to tell me which sauces had meat and even looked up ones they were not sure of. I felt like they really cared about me and that's hard to find in restaurants sometimes - its a fast paced business. Also, the food was amazing which is also a plus.

James at the counter was very nice! He talked quickly and clearly and then hurried back to help his coworkers in the kitchen. I hope this ends up in a weekly email for the crew or something
My favorite noodle place from our time in Chicago. Not available in my area now. Good to have it again when traveling.
Love it!! First time trying this. Just the right portions and super amazing Japanese Pan noodles and much more!!! Rice crispy bars to top it off. Another of my all time favorites!! Quick service! Good choice.
