I just ate the most amazing carrot cupcake ever. Probably the best carrot cake and the best cupcake I've ever had. It wins both categories!! And also wins the cream cheese frosting award... Thank you!

You're greeted warmly as soon as you walk in the door.
The counter staff are so friendly and explain all of their items in detail. The gentleman behind the counter when I last went, was genuinely happy when I told him how much I enjoyed my blueberry scone the previous evening with a cup of coffee.
Everything I had was delicious and I went two mornings in a row for breakfast. I preferred to take the short walk from the hotel and their free breakfast to Bakeworks and pay for a MUCH better breakfast! LOVE their iced cinnamon buns! Their scones are delicious as well. I tried their caramel latte one morning and it was delicious.
I tried going later in the day to try their lunch sandwiches and was sorry to see that they close at 2PM during the Summer. :(
Will return next time I'm in Rapid City!

Ordered the Fruitzza and it was delicious! Bakeworks also has a wonderful lunch menu and such kind workers.

Absolutely love this place. Everyone is always very welcoming and friendly. I ordered my son's smash cake recently and it was absolutely adorable! Their prices are completely affordable as well! This is by far our favorite stop in Rapid City.
We ordered 200 cookies for an evenings bit and ate every single of them. Not one was flawed, all cooked amazing. I will absolutely go to BakeWorks in the future. - Collin Goodwin, Pure Property Management
All the baked goodies I have had there have been fabulous. The cranberry orange pistachio scone was the best scone I have ever had!
Had a slice of cake at a friends birthday party that was from Bakeworks. It was half German chocolate and half red velvet. It was seriously THE BEST cake I've ever had in my entire life! And let me tell ya, I LOVE cake, so I'm a pretty good judge ;P I will most definitely be getting my cakes here from now on. They do not disappoint!
Bake works has "the best" Almond shortbread cookies!!! And the customer service is Great!!!
We recently ordered a carrot cake and a dozen cupcakes for our small wedding. The whole process was very smooth, ordering and then changing my order was a breeze working with Corey, he was very kind and patient. I was accommodated when picking them up, as they ran all the cakes safely out to my car! The cupcakes were all delicious and were gobbled up, but O MY, I made the right choice in the carrot cake. It was absolutely divine. When we ate the last piece, my husband and I debated on driving from Sioux Falls to Rapid City to get another!!! Thank you Bakeworks for making this element of my wedding easy and delicious!
