Always a great meal at Bertucci's! We ordered an entree and a large pizza and both were delicious. It goes without saying that the fresh out of the oven rolls were great too. Special shout out to Steph who was very friendly and had the patience to listen to my stories about rolls and donuts!

All my kids and grand kids took me for my birthday. The food was great and the waiter was wonderful and everything else. No complaints here.
My husband and I are semi regulars. I had the chicken Piccata and my husband had the baked three cheese and chicken tortellini. Both were very good and the waiter was wonderful. Polite and attractive. ��
Management team was excellent in resolving a minor issue. Recovery was excellent. Thank You and we will be back!!!

We go out to eat often with our 2kids and our server, Aidan, was amazing and so kid friendly. The food was great but he definitely made the night for us. Friendly, informative, knew what he was doing and could read any needs we had and brought them before we even asked.

Great food today. The new pizza was delicious. I usually come in on Saturdays and sit at the bar I’ve had Candis a few times now and she is always so accommodating to what we need. Honestly the whole staff here is always Super helpful and so nice. I’ve had conversations with almost everyone here and they make me feel so welcome.
Let me first start off by saying your employee that was working in Carryout on 2/9/22 was amazing she was extremely busy and seemed to be working alone but did it with such a great attitude! I wish I got her name! The phone was ringing non stop but she still kept going wit ease. I did notice that when going to use your ladies room before leaving a man who I assume to be a manager sitting at a table on his phone during this whole time of craziness. I think you should really analyze your management team or get some more help for your employees. Your pizza was delicious and will definitely return but that poor girl deserves a award after what I witnessed

Had a great family dinner here tonight. Service was excellent! Aidan was our server and was courteous, friendly and attentive. The lasagna was delicious - we would definitely get it again!
In an age where good service is hard to come by, I was impressed by the manager at this location, who went above and beyond to make a botched Seamless delivery order right. When my food arrived the evening of 2/3/22, I told the Seamless delivery person it was the wrong order and she shrugged and said that was what the restaurant gave her, unwilling to help problem solve or fix the situation. I called the restaurant and promptly spoke to the manager on duty on 2/3/22 (sorry I didn't get your name, but you're a delivery hero!) and he personally re-delivered the correct order himself so quickly (in the snow/rain no less), which we really appreciated. He was so kind and even though I'm sure he was busy, he didn't make us feel like a burden at all.

Food was delicious, good new menu and our server Aidan was great! We have had him a few times before he goes above & beyond, very attentive. Aidan is one of the best servers we’ve had!
