Some of the best pizza and beer i have had in a long time!
Just had a french dip sandwich from this place and I have to say that it is top notch. Probably the best french dip that I've ever had. Would be perfect if it was served with steak fries but whatever. Sandwich is definitely worth 5 stars.
I'm travelling through Redding and was looking for a special Lunch and I found it! Absolutely hand made pizzas to die for, hand made meats, sauce, great customer service, great product, great beer selection, what else can you ask for? As a bonus, they have several sausages that they produce to sell as appetizers/snacks away from the restaurant.

This evening we sampled the German potato salad as we waited on our pizza. A nice, mellow potato salad with a abundance of delicious bacon added to the mix. The fact that it is not overly dressed is a bonus. Just enough dressing to coat, not too much to drown out the ingredients, a hint of deli mustard to round out the finish. Fantastic...
Our pizza arrives, after a long difficult decision on what exactly to order, we split our medium pie, side 1 Hickory bacon and Tomato, side 2 Smoked chicken with creamy garlic sauce. Since my wife desires more veg, she added mushrooms...
Hickory bacon and Tomato; copious amounts of decadent house cured bacon covered with cheese and beautiful whole slices of tomato. The balance of the warm slices, the meaty bacon and the superb red sauce is amazing. If i didnt have so many options to try still, I'd order this by itself.
Smoked chicken with Creamy garlic sauce. Delicate diced chicken lightly smoked with a smooth and garlicky sauce, (yes dear the mushrooms are yummy on it). Well seasoned and fantastic.
Both sides on that fantastically crispy crust that we can't seem to get enough of.
Well done folks. Don't change a thing...

Staff is really great there nice as can be and if u haven’t tried the cold jerky sticks from the deli it’s a must amazing 🤩 job well done to owners and staff !!!
Great little local restaurant. Good for a quick sandwich. They have pizzas too. Reasonably priced. Freshly Smoked Meats and Cheese's.
