I have coordinated multiple weddings that have chosen Ida's to cater the dessert. Not only are these ladies easy to work with, but they are so helpful. Upon arrival, they set up the dessert table with all of their own platters and labels (upon request). They are in and out before you know it. I have had so many different types of their cupcakes, and can honestly say I have loved every single one! The bite-sized cupcakes are a great way to go to ensure your guests can try more than one of the delicious flavors they offer.
Spectacular cupcakes AND spectacular service! We ordered dairy-free cupcakes for my daughter's birthday celebration, and I was highly impressed with the care they took to make sure even the little details were dairy-free. Such a relief after several other businesses didn't take food intolerances seriously recently! The cupcakes were superior in taste to anything I've made at home (and that's saying something!) Extremely happy first time customer here. We'll be back. 🙂 (And I'll get a better photo next time.) 😉
Delicious! They were busy for Valentine’s Day, but gave excellent customer service! Next time I will pre-order, but this time I ordered a few of the gourmet cupcakes they had left. They are beautiful and delicious! The cream cheese frosting is my favorite
Great cupcakes with all sorts of delicious flavors! We made our own cake stand for our wedding and they fit perfectly, Ida's decorated them to match our color scheme and even wrote our pups names on their cupcakes!
We had an amazing experience with having them make our gender reveal cake. The cake tasted like one of their delicious cupcakes with chocolate chips in it. Our guest gobbled up the whole cake! We had our doc give us results in an envelope which we past over to the baker. Give them at least three business days. All of their staff were helpful and polite. We highly recommend!
Lots of cupcakes to choose from. Very nice presentation. We waited in the store for our walk in order. It took 12 minutes to get the order together. Nice work!
Bought a gourmet cupcake (larger than the kid cake) to order and the cake itself was frozen solid. Staff were friendly and explained happy hour offers.

Hands-down, this is one of the best little businesses in Central Oregon. Our family has had a several-year tradition of always getting birthday cupcakes from this quaint little bakery. Their flavors are top-notch and they are a true treat! Worth every penny. Their customer service is quick, friendly, and every visit is…dare I say…unremarkable. Best place ever and the best customer service. Last minute I needed two cupcakes with “gender reveal filling” inside. They happily said they would put them together in one hour right at closing time when no other bakery around town would without advance notice. They came through and even gave me a discount! Seriously, this place exhibits superb customer service and their cupcakes are very delicious, to boot! I will always come here for my future dessert needs.

This is a wonderful bakery and the staff is so amazing and helpful. My husband and I wanted to do a gender reveal for just the two of us and they worked with us to make some special cupcakes for the occasion. They were beautiful and delicious! They truly made the occasion so easy and special for us! We will most certainly be using them again 😊!
We placed an order from out-of-state for a delivery in Redmond. The correspondence was pleasant and helpful. The staff was very nice. The cupcakes were delivered on-time and those who ate them said they were Delicious!! I would definitely order from Ida's again. It was a good experience.
