The food was awesome. The place had a good feel to it. I had the salmon croquettes and my wife had the pork chops. We both got two meats and then split them. I loved the collard greens seasoned perfectly and the potato salad was spectacular. My wife enjoyed her food too. We will go again.
Good tasting food. Friendly service. Nice, clean dining room and bathroom. Did not like the experience of eating out of to go containers. Would probably return if I were in the area again.
The food was delicious and well prepared. I picked up as a togo order and did not think to check the plate before I left. The gravy was missing from my pork chop but it was a quick and tasty lunch otherwise.
Food is tasty and made-to-order, although some items on my plate were piping hot and others seemed to be at room temperature. Reasonably priced and good service.
Delicious! Today was my first visit but it will not be my last! I had the fried fish, mac&cheese, collards and cornbread and it was one of the best meals I have ever had. Everything was fresh, hot and seasoned to perfection. I can't wait to return so I can try the other menu items. The owner was out chatting with customers and it was nice to tell him how much I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Go try it!
Great food. Catfish was amazing! Clean, cozy and relaxing. Good sized portions and good price. Real plates and silverware, loved the drinks served in mason jars. Wait staff friendly and attentive but not worrisome. Will definitely be returning!
The service was wonderful and my party left full and happy. I ordered smothered pork chops and gravy with Mac and cheese and potato salad. My friend ordered fried fish, mac and cheese, and cabbage. Everything was seasoned perfect. I also had key lime pie for dessert. Our food came out in a timely manner and the waitress was nice. The prices are very reasonable. They also had a band perform. Overall great food, great staff, and great atmosphere!
