I, absolutely, love this place.... Everyone, including the staff, is so nice and respectful..... The food is great, and so is the music.... It's the perfect place to go hang out at when you're in the mood for some good food, good fun, and good music.... :-) :-)
From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the friendly bartender, we found a table and throughout the evening had nothing but wonderful food and service! Reccomend the MacNCheese, fish and chips, brisket and creme brulee was excellent (nice surprise at a BBQ restaurant) Thanks for the excellent food will be back soon!
I just have to say, this place has the most kindest coolest owners. They know how to care for their musicians! 10 golden stars to this place!! Not to mention the fantastic upgrade! Stage is fabulous and a great dialed in system!! High 5! Love you guys!
Mouth watering barbecue, smoked in house! My favorite is the smoked half chicken dinner, it’s amazing and you’ll have enough leftover for lunch the next day. Great live music on weekends, loose bar top gaming, very friendly staff. What more could you ask for?

Lord have mercy, my lady and I went to the Hellfire for some BBQ. Mind you, I used to have a BBQ competition team and I travel to BBQ mecca's as well, so here it goes.
The second we opened up the door the smell was right! We knew this place should be at least decent. Then they had a BOMB Red Ale on tap (bonus points). Then we ordered the brisket sandwich, ribs, beans, coleslaw and mac and cheese. One of the owners came over and started chatting us up (again bonus points).
The BBQ came out after a short wait, and I then smiled at some Devine swine! The ribs were perfect with NO SAUCE on them. This is when you know they are proud of their BBQ, most places drawn their ribs in sauce- that is to mask an inferior product. The ribs were perfect! They popped when you bit into them and the me at came clean off the bone and didn't fall apart (fall off the bone ribs are way over cooked for competition, you want the pop).
The brisket sammich was awesome as well! Perfect smoke ring! The beans were amazing, they had bell peppers, onions and bacon in them! The slaw looked like something out of a Southern Living magazine- and it was as good as it looked. I loved it because it was crunchy and not drowning in dressing.
The meal also came with a price of huge cornbread and homemade apple butter! Again amazing!
To wrap up, if I go to a BBQ shack and if I order five items, three of those items will be bomb and two items would be passable. Hellfire Saloon truly has the art of BBQ wrapped up with a bow on it. True BBQ people k ow that the sides are just as important as the BBQ itself.
Great food and very personal amazing service! Husband had a tri tip sandwich that the bartender (owner i think) recommended and he devoured it. He said it was one of the best bbq steak sandwiches he has ever had. I had a mixed green salad and cup if chili. The salad greens were super fresh and crisp and the ranch was thick and creamy. The chili was very chunky with huge peices of tri tip, beans, and veggies. Very flavorful. Wish i had gotten a bowl. Will def return!! Just moved to reno and this is the first restaurant/bar we visited and we were so thrilled we stopped in here. The service was great. Everyone was friendly and personal. Drinks were strong and tasted great!! Fairly new location....highly recommended!!
Love the mac and cheese. The "Pile Driver" gets bigger every time we order it. The food is great, the drinks are cold and the staff is friendly. This is definitely one of our favorite places.
Amazing food and above average atmosphere for a neighborhood restaurant/bar, also family friendly dining. A must try place!

Great BBQ! Excellent ribs, with meat falling off the bone. Also recommend the Mac and cheese as the side. Superb.
I really, really enjoyed my breakfast at Hellfire. Their coffee was strong enough to wake the dead, and when The Traveler arrived, I knew I had found the right place. Who doesn't love a breakfast burrito that is 2 entire breakfasts?!! Needless to say, I took it home and it again the next day. I swear the pork got better. Come to Hellfire Saloon, where a single plate can feed a small town.
All the food is amazing! Smoked pork and chicken yummyness great chili loved the brussel sprouts claim chowder was 👍
The food wàs amazing. Had the pulled pork 🥪. There was so much pork I actually ate twice off of it. BBQ sauce was excellent with a good smoky taste to it, loved it. The owner was very helpful but the service was terrible. I tried to get water and waited until my to go order was ready before they actually came to see what I needed. This is the reason for the 4 stars and not 5.
The owner and the waitress both educated us about everything since there's so many choices on the menu. I can't wait to try all of them. I took the waitresse's advice to get the Chicken Melt sandwich and it was the best thing I've eaten in months as were the wings (Bourbon and Thai Chili) and the Mac n Cheese (voted best in town). Not fast food and not cheap but that's why it's so great. Great live music, too. Wow, I left full! And had lunch for the next day.
The service was great. We had pulled pork sandwiches and my son had fish and chips. The fish and chips serving size was a huge. The pulled pork was flavorful but not smoky enough for my taste. They had a floor to ceiling projected screen with the NHL playoffs on which was great.
