Great place , great food !!! Maybe a bit overpriced but considering quality of the food and portion sizing ..would still give it a go and 5 stars �!

Cafesano!!!!!! Reminds me of a cleaner 1990’s fast food joint and I love the nostalgia. The reason for this is the big floor to ceiling windows. The decor is nice and modern :) Food is so yummy and a good price.
Cafesano is always a safe option, the chicken kebab is good, and the dish was pretty filling. They also have really thick and chewy brownies, so I would recommend those.
All servers were friendly and food was pretty good.
We're regular customers at Cafesano Reston. The food is absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere warm and inviting. We also used them to cater a recent party. The food was delicious, expertly set up and delivered on time. Our guests raved! We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Mediterranean Food is very good here, a little on the pricey side, and small portions but ur also paying for the view and the olive oil bar! Their pizzas are amazing! Water view makes you want to come here over and over.
I wish they would let you customize your own salad, instead u have to pick a salad and just ask them to substitute stuff. Not the greatest but a fun place to take visitors from out of town! Minus 1 star for long line long wait and long time to get food. Falafels are also very good here I love them in place of meat on my salad, or as a wrap!

Nice place to relax and enjoy a discussion over pizza. I liked the pizza in particular, they had basil pesto sauce as the pizza base (do not like marinara sauce) which worked perfectly with the thin crust.
An absolutely stunning and delectable counter serve restaurant overlooking a small lake with beautiful windows and plenty of space to stretch out both inside and outside. An unassuming restaurant packed in the middle of a strip mall filled with food options teeming from the brim, a little small hallway leads in to the door almost a second layer behind the stores in the front. Ordering is done in 2 lines, 1 for takeout and 1 for sit-down. Extremely efficient setup and they hand out pagers after ordering where food is then delivered straight to your table. Service is friendly, fast, and efficient and there was almost no wait on a weekday for dinner. By far the highlight was the food which was absolutely delicious. I ordered a grilled steak and cheese panini and was extremely impressed by the high quality of ingredients all perfectly cooked and well balanced flavors. It was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had period.
I've been to this location several times. The food is always consistently good and the staff has continued to be welcoming and nice. Worth a visit!
Cute place with outside seating. They are pretty busy. Loved their shrimp skewers and the tiramisu. Chicken shawarma is pretty tasty too. Chicken kabob platter was ok. OverAll a good place for Mediterranean lovers.

Great Mediterranean options with several vegetarian dishes available. It was incredibly fresh, made when ordered, to order. My steak kabob was done medium rare as I ordered it, and the grilled shrimp skewer was absolutely delicious! The pizza my son ordered was incredibly similar to the ones we had in Naples, Italy, and my bite was very tasty! It's a lovely rustic atmosphere, over looking the river. We are so happy we found this little gem.
A reasonably priced place to grab a delicious lunch. They serve wine and beer as well and the food is really tasty. The lake view is awesome too.
Great value! $8-10 per dish for really tasty Mediterranean food, good ambience, and a lake view. Really enjoyed my time, definitely family friendly location. I'd recommend getting the tiramisu for dessert :) The Greek salad was okay but the shawarmas, wraps and paninis are better selections.
