Seasoned to perfection tender chicken, crisp outside and delicate inside yucca, delicious plantains. Yummy desserts. Awesome chicken sandwich too. Can't wait to go back for both lunch or dinner.
First time ever having pollo Peru.....it’s was definitely delicious, well seasoned and cooked just right well... yellow sauces are great too definitely my go to spot now.
Great food, nice staff and fair prices. Everyone I know likes this place.

Consistently great food and service. The chicken is moist and flavorful, even better with the spicy sauce to dip and I love the fries with the mild sauce and don’t forget an Inca cola!
Excellent charbroiled chicken! Seasoned and cooked to perfection. The fried yuca , sweet plantains, and rice and beans were all great! Definitely recommending this place , especially to other latinx and Puerto Ricans.

It was okay. The chicken taste good but the sides were on the stale side. It's expected because they precook the food to serve it quickly but things like yucca and plantains should be served fresh for best taste and texture, which you won't get here unless the batches were just made and you happened to order as they came out. The place is good to sit and eat but that back to back, loud reggeton music is horrible. The lyrics are atrocious and downgrades your eating experience. It would really benefit this place if they varied the music selection to appease to everyone. Other than this, the service is great. The servers/cooks/cashiers are very welcoming and generous.

The fire-roasted chicken is healthily smoked and the sauce served in the potion cup goes well with any menu.

My kids love the Yucca. Their customer service needs improvement. I have never seen any of the waitresses/ cashier greet with a smile. They also rush you as you give your orders.And they 90% of time call the orders in Spanish and when there's no response, that's when they remember to say it in English. Please let employees know that,non Spanish speakers also love the food in Polo Peru.
I've been coming to Pollo Peru for close to 7-8 years now. The chicken is amazing. When it's fresh, their yucca is the best around... crispy on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside. Absolute perfection. I grew up in S. Florida and always miss Cuban food. Pollo Peru's beans+rice are the closest thing to Cuban beans+rice that I've found in the area. This is hands down my go-to takeout place when I want a quick meal. 10/10 I highly recommend this place!!!
