Nice location. First of all I have to say - amazing customer service .. everyone who was in the store - had a SMILING face . They were so happy and made all customers so happy . Thanks for the lovely gesture by all employees ..
Coffee was great .. as always a big fan of Starbucks coffee . They had few breakfast options. Got croissant 🥐 with butter and tasted good . Parking is a bit crowded . Outdoor seating was a plus . 5 stars . ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This Starbucks is consistently great. I travel to the area about once a month for work and actually go a little out of my way to stop here for a morning coffee. They are efficient, friendly, organized, and the store is clean. The service is top notch!
Everything is new, bright, and beautiful. The banana nut muffin was perfect. And the young lady behind the counter was friendly and courteous.
Workers are always friendly and happy. Today the cashier asked if I wanted "a case of the Mondays?" 😬 And then paid for my Frappuccino herself!!! How sweet! Put a new meaning to "the Mondays."
I'm a longtime customer of this Starbucks location I love all the employee, except the Chinese lady wearing a glasses, since day 1 I met her in the store she's not very pleasant to me, this morning I ordered online and pick up my drink and she's the one serving my drink I asked her can I have pupcup and that's the usual thing I always asked to every employee for my dogs in a tall cup, then when she's making the pup cup I asked her please put it in a tall cup for my tow dogs because she's preparing in a very tiny cup, instead of putting in a tall cup she gave me a grande cup very full of whip cream, she's not nice to Asian person I know that since day 1 I met her. She's a racist. She's also Asian, very unpleasant everytime to me when she's the one serving my drink.
My local Starbucks and my definitive go-to coffee stop. The baristas all are super friendly and go out of their way to make the customers feel welcomed.
Probably one of the best Starbucks I have been to in a while from the best customer service (to the two lovely humans working this morning) and coffee. Thanks!
This is by far the best Starbucks I’ve ever stepped into. Even when they are overwhelmingly busy, they still manage to have a smile on their face. The entire staff is so friendly to everyone and it seems like they know most people on a first name basis. Love coming here before work in the AM purely for the uplifting atmosphere!
Typical Starbucks store. A bit of space to sit. Good location and parking. And great service. I went for a pineapple refresher and, when they found out that they were out, they asked me to pick something else and upgraded to the next size up at no cost.
I like the Clover and Reserve coffees available here. The baristas are friendly and happy to make a great cup of coffee.
Edited June 20, 2017: Sorry to say that South Lakes no longer has Reserve coffees and the Clover is gone. It will be missed.
It is a very nice place. Always felt like this.
A typical Starbucks,
But avoid getting there anytime between 3 pm to around 6 pm, especially on Fridays
Full of young kids and teens, long lines, no where to sit, of course very loud.
Other than that, nice location, within a local shopping center, with the same quality of a Starbucks store chain
Walk to the right of the store and follow the side walk down . There's a nice place to drink your coffee by the water.
This location does not have a drive-through as stated on Google.
Other than that, the place is great.
These are the best Starbucks employees in NoVa. They are so nice and talkative everytime I go in! Even when it's crazy busy. It gives you small town vibes.. Glad we moved to an area that has a walkable coffee shop and friendly employees :)
What I had for a awesome snack at this particular Starbucks location was pretty good and delicious. The awesome management and staff are very friendly, helpful and informative and the dining rooms are well maintained, organized and and taken care of By The Way. This place is very easy to walk to. 2 awesome thumbs up By The Way.
The drinks are always prepared well and read for mobile pick up, fast and friendly service as well.
