I hate the system of kiosks. Its so impersonal. You walk inside to order, and a person tells you to use the kiosk. 15 minutes later... order is finnaly placed for family of 5. A person at the register could have done it a lot faster. They literally have no one at the counter the whole time we a
11:20pm and you are closed but the only way I find out is having you yell out the door. Try turing off your lights and the drive thru menu board so people don’t waste their time.
I placed an order on the Taco Bell app. It said it would be made when I got there. Then the app updated and said it was done. I called asking about it. I was calm and courtesy and professional and the manager or employee Dave was rude and cussed at me. He then hung up on me when I tried to call back

I'm diabetic and my blood sugar was low, so I went through the drive thru to get a snack to bring my levels back up. Waited 15 minutes before someone helped me at the counter and because I asked for a steak soft tacos they said that they had to charged me a $1. more because they only do chicken. So sad !!! I can see why their parking lot and drive thru is always empty. I won't go there anymore.

Four out of nine times I have gone to this location during open hours listed in the app, they were closed. Twice they did not have what I ordered in the app. Only two times were the staff helpful and friendly and I had no complications.
