This is the best falafel I have ever eaten. Everything about the pita falafel is perfect - the bread, the falafel, the dressing and the veggies. I could eat these every day, 3 times a day and never get tired of them. Thank you Aba for the delicious food, the care and love you put into it, and the wonderful service you give each of your customers.
Cathy, Roy, and the rest of the falafel family are wonderful! We drive 40 mins just to experience their amazing & fresh falafel and whenever we have friends and family in town we always do our best to share this little gem in the Hudson valley with them. �
Became a fan at the Rhinebeck Market and now, after several years in exile, was back in town and tried their new shop. Was absolutely as fabulous as the first time I ever had one of their falafels. Absolute perfection. Delicious crisp vegetables, tahini sauce and astonishingly unctuous falafel balls, haunting seasoning. This humble sandwich is a symphony. I haven’t had a thousand falafels, but I have eaten at L’Ace du Falafel in Paris, one of the oft-disputed kings. This one easily tops it. Thanks Aba for all the love you put in your food.
My husband and I ate here on Sept.1st. It was ABFAB. My husbands childhood memories compared it to Moshe Falafel in Israel in the early 60s. Our more recent
experience is from Pahal Zan in Forest hills NY. Also great. But TG we found a "Must go to" place closer to where we live now. So happy to have found you.

Some of the best falafel and middle eastern food you can get in the county. Everything is packed with flavor and we didn't need to wait long to get our food and eat. It was a perfect place to stop after a long hike. Even though it was cold, they have heaters outside that you can turn on for your table to stay warm, which was perfect for eating outside.

Incredible food! We did a large take out order for our group to picnic on before our hike. They accommodated special diets and wrapped it all up so nicely with all the sauces! The food was so fresh and tasty! I am super picky about falafel and this place exceeded expectations! I can’t wait to be back up there to visit.

First of all, it's falafel, my favorite food of all time! If you get the traditional pita, it's the kind that brings up fond memories of visiting other places, (Middle East, NYC) that had what was many years ago an unusual treat. It's great to have it in Rhinebeck. Only wish that hours were open into the evening. A hearty, delicious fun (healthy) meal welcome for dinner too.
Fresh and delicious - both the dishes and the drinks. They have seats inside and outside. Very clean bathrooms. Very pleasant place. Will come back and recommend others.
Aba's falafel was amazing. Most authentic falafel, hummus, salads and pita I have had in the states. Saw an ad in a magazine and stopped here on the way back from the Catskills to NYC. A tad out of the way but 1000% worth it. Will be going back!
