Food is excellent, super fresh. It was 8pm and was doubtful about the the deep fry and to my surprised it tasted super fresh oil. Usually you can tell when it’s old oil. Veggies and chicken tasted like they were prep right before being cooked. Overall 5 for tasted and freshness. Really great atmosphere, excelente customer service, you can’t go wrong!

Very good, the spicy tuna sushi was very good. As was the yakitori, the Kastu don, and the beef teriyaki. The poki however was not a repeat, the tuna was good and spicy, as was the sauce. But its served on lettuce rather than rice, so if that's you're thing I'd go for it. The restaurant is very nicely designed, and the staff is very nice. I cant wait to go back.

It's always a pleasure eating here. You can really see and taste their dedication in providing you memorable Japanese dishes. It's unfair not to mention all their dishes but just as an example, they served their ramen with roasted garlic. It would be much easier not to put it in the ramen or maybe just add some garlic for flavor but the roasted garlic was a very nice touch. If only this place were located closer to home...

I am so happy that I found this gem. My son and I went on Friday night for dinner and got there a little before they were supposed to open but they let us in anyways. The staff is super nice, and the decor is very rustic Japanese. There’s plenty of parking out front. My son had the tonkatsu ramen. He said he would pick something different next time. I decided to try several different things— dumplings, agedashi tofu, several yakitori, and the Onigiri with salmon. All were excellent except I didn’t care for the chicken skin yakitori. The agedashi tofu was some of the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot) and I seriously could just get that and the onigiri and be good. I almost squealed with delight when I saw they had hamachi collars—but saved that for next time. We didn’t try any sushi either...but will be back. Great first impression!

Great place to get a delicious and filling bento! You get to choose 2 or 3 items to add to your bento including different kinds of fish and tempura! I really enjoyed the croquettes and takoyaki! I liked to dip the croquettes in the tempura sauce instead of what's given. This place has opened up more so you can bring more people here.

5 months later and I am finally reviewing places! I have been here twice or maybe three times since then and I can say it is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants! Im not a huge fan of Ramen and there are plenty of other places for that, but my girlfriend enjoyed that and the cold Soba. I love Japanese fried food like Tonkatsu and its great here; it even comes on a little wire rack so it doesn't get soft from the oil Service is good but can be slow during busy times, the place feels very authentic, and you can tell because there are quite a bit of Japanese customers that come in haha EDIT: We came again since the girl was craving Udon and we give it full marks! Flavorful but the broth might be strong for some people used to lighter ones. This was the first time I tried the Yakitori and I was not dissapointed! The Tongue, Cheek, and Kobe Beef were all delicious! The matcha desert was pretty good too! My girl is a huge fan of matcha and she loved it! Its a pretty strong punch of matcha compared to some sweeter alternatives that are out there, but it was still good!
