I have met co-workers here for lunch and have been here with my wife during dinner hours. Everytime, the experience is perfect. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The quality of the vegetables and meats are A+. Pricing is high but that is to be expected with the level of service and food they give you.
We were seated fairly quickly. For those that don’t know you pick your base, choice of meats and veggie plates & Rice are free. Noodles are optional. We both had Tsuyu base with added spice. For meats we had Choice Prime Rib Eye, Pork Belly, Green Mussels, Shrimp & Extra Mushrooms. All were exceptional except the mussels. They were just ok. While they are understaffed we were there a busy night and the service was really good. We’ve been here several times and this is the best hot pot in Dallas.
We took a chance on trying this place out. We've never had this type of experience before so we were excited to try it out. It dint disappoint! The service is #1 & exactly how you would want to be treated. They talk to you about the menu & how to select options. They even take the time to cook your meal, serve your soup & box it up if you have leftovers. It was a true experience & 1 that we can't wait to share with our friends!
Enjoyed it a lot. Staff is super friendly and food was good. It’s different from Chinese hot pot. A little pricy for what it is but still a fun experience with friends. I do like how each person gets their own bowl to boil.
I didn't know what to expect when I went here. You pick a base, meat and noodle and they make a broth for you with the base. The noodles are saved for a soup that they make from your broth later. You are served a bowl of rice and a plate of veggies. You take your meat and cook it in the broth. One at a time and shabu shabu (Japanese for swish swish) until it's cooked. Then you dip it in one of your 3 sauces you have to choose from.
There's more but it's fun to experience while you're there.
DO MAKE A RESERVATION!!! They'll let you know if haven't.
All they servers and staff were polite but a special shout out to LeeAnne (I'm sure I've spelled her name incorrectly). She was the BEST!!!!!!
I look forward to going again.
This place is awesome. Went on a Saturday night and they were very busy, but it was worth the wait! They take reservations, but only for parties of 3 or more, FYI. Otherwise, there is a waitlist you can get on. Staff were very friendly, the place was clean, and the food was delicious. Great place for a date night!
We stopped by since we were in the area and wanted to kill some time for traffic to die down. I don't normally review places but this place was tops. From the service to the food (A5 Wagyu is to die for) we had a beyond amazing time. I have never tried hot pot before and the fact that they demo it for you and teach you tricks was so cool. I loved everything about this place. The decor was comfy, people were so welcoming and just the overall experience was grate. We tried the A5 Wagyu (again to die for) Wagyu toro, chicken and Aburi Chashu app. AburiChashu app was my second fave. The sauce is the best. Owners were there and were a blast to speak with. I definitely will plant to come again!
