Nice and clean shop, great service, stays opened as the operating hours stated (shops tense to just shut down randomly nowadays…), what can you ask for more? ❤️❤️❤️
I love this Dunkin Donuts! The staff is always so friendly, my drinks are always perfec, And in the morning the gentleman taking orders is always so friendly and upbeat that it puts you in a positive mood for your drive to work. I don't know what's in the pumpkin cold foam but thank you for letting me put it on my iced coffee it makes things so good and it's a benefit to my day :-)
Breakfast sandwich and egg bites were both very good. Please have personel who know how to use the register and place an order
I'm going to give this Duncan a five star review because everything was adequate. I do have to point out that they were a little bit slower than most Dunkin donuts. Additionally they did burn the bagel that I ordered but it was still delicious. So it's a reluctant five stars but still good.
I have been coming to this DD for several years now. I'm writing to say that since Molly Rose McGonigal has been at this location it has improved 10 fold!! She is no doubt a leader and a true professional. Molly works hard to ensure that her staff is organized and attentive to all their customers.
Molly is one of the most pleasant individuals you would ever want to meet. Please do all you can to promote this young lady, she is well worth the investment.
I also want to bring up a young man by the name of Saeed M. He is one of the most polite and professional gentleman you have on your staff. This guy is another true asset to your business. He takes his position very seriously, he is an amazing human being!!!
I will close by saying that I am an owner of 2 business's here in Bucks County. I would hire either one of them in a heartbeat. You have been very fortunate to have added these 2 to your staff in Richboro.

Abigail J is very sweet. She is patient and knowledgeable. She exceeded my expectations. The presentation of the ice cream made and the blend of flavor is more than what I could hope for. I have tried other DD coffee hot, cold, frozen and this by far it has always been outstanding and delish! Hot coffe is always hot. I do not order donuts for they are not the old fashioned donuts of yesterday.
This is the best Dunkin I have ever been to.! The store was so neat and clean, and whoever decorates it does a wonderful job.! The staff was very friendly and very fast.! I would definitely put this on one of the best Dunkin’s I have ever been to
Baskin Robbins icecream rocks! Chocolate was great, husband had mint chocolate chip and wasn't a big fan. It's not minty enough, I tried it. Ok place for a quick craving.
It's a great place to go for breakfast, but it gets busy. Their "pay ahead" app system is quite slow, in the sense that they are slow at getting the food ready. I wouldn't recommend using the app. It's faster to just wait in line.
Very clean and an excellent staff. Young man was having difficulty trying to scoop out the ice cream, his fellow worker came over and helped.
Great store with very nice employees and good prices for donuts.
