This is the best McDonald's location I've seen in a long while! The line still gets long during lunch hours but overall the customer service is and the food has always been on point for me. This restaurant is a convenient location yet also safe day or night.

Five stars because, you know, it's McDonald's. When you crave it, you get what you expect every time. For some reason, McDonald's has the best Cokes and iced tea. That's usually who I'm there.... going through the drive-thru.

Had a pleasant experience at this McDonald's. We used the screen ordering machine. It was quite busy but we got our food 10 mins after ordering. Food was hot. Staff was pleasant.
Cleanest McDonalds I have seen in the United States. Kitchen is a bit lagging and lost in terms of order handling. They should catch up to the CLASS of guys who keep this place so pleasant and clean.

Good parking/drive thru access. Clean and orderly facility inside and out.
Let's have the staff focus on patrons and not so much on staff interactions among themselves.
The food was cool, not even warm after wating 9 minutes out in the packing lot.
I want the rare golden nugget from my big kids happy meal lol
We had the best experience of great customer service on this visit that we ever had at any McDonald's the young lady working at the front counter was very kind, polite and went above what was expected. We asked a group of employees that were on break about a drink they had and he insisted to give one to my wife so she could try it, it was a very good strawberry shake with whip cream. I know with so many different employees every restaurant has its not easy to get great service but on this trip everything was great the food was well prepared service was great, tables were clean. Job well done.

I stopped here on my way to Savannah and it was pretty busy. I waited patiently for my order number to be called and it was very prompt and staff was very friendly. When I got my order I noticed the cookies were missing but I was going to eat my meal and wait for the crowd to die down and ask for them on my way out. Part way through my meal, a very nice staff member who I assume was the manager, brought me fresh from the oven cookies and apologized for the delay. Not often does McDonald's go above and beyond, so I like to recognize it when they do.
