I went on a Thursday which is "Latin Night" and i absolutely loved it I had a blast the bars are kinda slow and i dont believe they have food. Great location plenty of parking d.j . Damian was great!!
I’ve been a few times to the Teen Nights over the summer and holidays and the atmosphere is top tier! The line dance classes are rlly fun even if you already know the dances! The music is great but as you might’ve read it could use more country than rap or pop but still those songs add to the mood of the night. It feels very safe in there and as a girl that has gone with friends and alone ive never experienced any sort of harassment or felt uncomfortable. The one thing i wish they’d change is either the entry price ($20), once inside when you inevitably get thirsty you have to pay $1.50 for a tiny plastic cup with tap water and a ton of ice and $2.50 for soda that comes in the same tiny cup with even more ice 😭😭 like if I’m paying $20 dollars to be in there either make the drinks be included with entry, lower the prices or make the drink sizes be worth the money we pay!!
During the summer and occasionally during the other months they have Monday reserved as teen night. No alcohol and the kids seem to have a great time in a safe place. The staff is very professional. They allow parents in (at no cover) but are kept in a cornered off area that is risen so they can see the club. I cant see this as a big money maker for the club. They charge a $20.00 cover which probably covers the expenses. This gives young people a place to go and burn off some energy in a safe place. I'm usually the only parent up there and sit quietly and read. I suggest any other parent do the same and not be a distraction for the staff who have their hands full.
Ashley Jones I'm glad to hear about the new policy of not letting thin blue line gang members in with their firearm. They are entering into an establishment that doesn't allow concealed carry holders in due to state law. It's a bar that makes more than half their revenue off selling alcohol, pretty simple. Weird how a regular citizen has to know and follow the law yet they get pissy when they have to and leave a petty review.
We always have a good time at Whiskey River. We've never had any of the issues I see people complaining about.
The bartender Miguel is amazing super friendly his side of the bar always make the best drinks. You can tell his customers are loyal to him because of his amazing service. Hopefully whiskey knows he's an asset to the team.

We look forward to the fun, casual atmosphere and have even started spreading the word around.
We now have several other couples who join us for the dance lessons and stay around for a couple of hours for an evening of dancing and meeting more new friends.

Food is from a small taco shop inside. It's good but expensive. I think $3 a taco. If you drink alcohol and need bar service it's packed just like any other club. The atmosphere is amazing 🤩
It’s a different experience. Cool and fun. Not a fan of their limited food options. It’s good to try.
I love whiskey river west! Such a great dancehall! They play great music, have great table deals and shot specials through the night! If you love country music and like to dance this is your kinda place! They also have a mechanical bull that’s a good source of people watching, not to mention a taco stand inside the dance hall!! One of my favorite places for a Saturday night!
