The workers here are so kind!!! They helped me use my promo from the app and even paid the last $0.05 on my bill because I was a little short! So awesome and accommodating❤️
It's pretty good every once in awhile you get a mix-up in the morning but it's ok
The crew seemed to have a handle on the business. They all seemed to be working together very well. There were no hiccups in my order. I will be returning often as I am working in the area. There are other options close by, but they were quick and efficient and the order was right.
It was a new Dunkin location, and it was great. Enough help at this store for a change.

Just like any other business, they have a few employees that don't know how to put sugar, milk, flavoring, and coffee and stir!!!! But that is far and few in between!!!! The employees who do get it right and socialize with the customers make it completely worth it to get a bad cup of Joe one day!!!! This girl Runs On Dunkin!!!!
I stop here almost daily. I order ahead for walk in because they are super busy. The individuals who work here are always working hard. Some now know me by name. One tall, thin, blonde gentleman always compliments my outfits and greets me with a smile. I have watched these folks be yelled at while short staffed, or screamed at for being busy, once even because a lady drove off without her card, somehow that was the employees fault. These employees take this with grace and just keep working. If you are late or impatient order ahead and be kind because these people are working their tail off and every single one of them deserve a raise and a vacation!
Overall service is great, staff is friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the atmosphere. The place was decorated with plants.
I has one of the best cups of coffee I've had in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised.
Came to this one bc my husband and i had to leave camp extremely early. I needed more energy to stay awake.. easy access right off the highway. And even easier to get right back on..
Pleasant gentleman taking orders through drive thru. Ordered the cake batter latte. He made sure if I wanted the signature one. Ofcourse I did. Who wouldn't want all the fixings that come with it.
Great lad who was greeting us at the window. Very friendly. Made us laugh. Made sure we were doing alright.
The only thing is the total marker out the window is broken so I was wondering how much the guy said at the speaker. And bc of the gas station with the diesel trucks next door I didnt hear the guy at the window. This isn't the employees fault though.
THIS IS THE BEST DUNKIN EVER!!! Im usually a starbucks girl, but every time I come to this area, I have to stop at this dunks. The service is great - my coffee is great - and it's SO FAST! Dylan Veilleux has been amazing!
There is a guy at the drive through window that is awesome! All of your workers could learn something about customer service from him. He is happy and upbeat everyday he works! It's great to have someone like him help jump start your day! You need to really work at keeping him as I hear a lot of people talk about him. Keep your good employees happy and you will keep your customers happy! Great job drive through window guy!
We went there for a coffee. The service was ok. There were two employees but the service was not that quick since we were the only customer and the drive through was also empty. The restroom was also not stacked with soap or tissue. Coffee was as usual so cant complain.
