Yes, the food was great. The tandoori chicken was extremely good! The Goat Curry was good. I wish there was a little bit more meat. The Naan was fresh a delicious. My 2 complaints are there is no longer a buffet and that the rice was very lackluster. I know "rice is rice", but I am used to better from other Indian restaurants. Staff were friendly and attentive.

The food was absolutely delicious, this was my first time eating authentic east Indian cuisine. I would buy frozen entrées, but never again this food was outstanding! My family andI tried the curry and butter chicken, palak paneer, and Samosa chaat, pistachio ice cream for dessert!! We will go back to try other options!!

Absolutely delicious food with really reasonable prices. We stopped by here for lunch and ordered the butter chicken and the chicken curry from the lunch special. The waitstaff was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful in answering questions. The service was fast and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. We will for sure be back again!

Took my daughter to try Indian food for the 1st time, they used to have a buffet here, which I thought would be a good way to introduce her, but unfortunately they no longer offer the buffet. It was about 1230 on a Sunday and we were the only people inside, we were greeted by a very jovial Indian man who warmly sat us at our table. A few minutes later our server and brought us some menus and asked us for our drinks. After going over the menu with my daughter we ordered a vegetarian sampler, a mild Lamb Vindaloo for my daughter and a medium Goat Curry for myself. When the food first came you wouldn't have known we actually ordered two different dishes because they look exactly the same but you definitely could taste the difference in the medians. The serving size is a little deceiving because the bowl was actually fairly deep so you got a lot more then what you thought. As with Indian food it was very flavorful, both the lamb and goat were very tender and serve two different ways cut what are some pieces still having bone. We both enjoyed the sampler as well the only thing we didn't think it had really any taste to was the fried cheese. The Naan was fantastic! The place was very clean and tidy, there was a small bar and my daughter was very excited they had a disco ball. Service was fairly fast and the food didn't take very long either. It was nice, hot and fresh. Everything tasted really good. I definitely would come back and try something else.

Oh my GOD! This was the BEST Indian food I’ve had, ever. Absolutely the best Indian food in Richmond city, hands down. The people are so kind, the food is seasoned to perfection, the portions are filling and the prices are affordable comparatively to all the other places I’ve been to. I personally got the chicken curry with garlic naan and the vegetable samosas. My only issue was that my stomach wasn’t big enough to eat more.

Randomly chose this place passing through on a road trip just based on craving and distance from I-64. Exceeded expectations on all fronts. Notably, the food felt more "home cooked" than most Indian food I've had and I'd attribute that to a lighter application of fats and oils. Had the naan, veggie samosas, butter chicken, one of the Indo-Chinese dishes and a dessert. Well done

Stopped by for a weekday lunch and were happy to see lunch specials. The staff was so warm and welcoming. I appreciated the offer to explain any entree. We had the palak paneer and the kofta curry. Spice levels were just right. Also tried the samosas, popad, and naan. All were yummy!

This place is amazing. Thr decor is beautiful, right down ri every detail. The use of mirrors really lights the place up, and the rolled silverware adds a great pop of color. My server, Kianna, was wonderful. She was happy to offer some insight to the food if you are unfamiliar with Indian Cuisine as well as share personal recommendations. While I waited for my order she brought me some popadon with some type of mildly spicy chutney to dp it in. It was great and growler get my appetite started. My main course was the Tikka Masala with Chicken and it was great. There was so much flavor in every bite. It had a mild heat with a savory yet tangy taste. I also had a Mango Lashi to drink. It was so good and super sweet, a lot like a smoothie, but way way better. Then for dessert I forgot the name. It was described as a dried milk ball in syrup. It was incredible. It tasted like candy and had a very unique texture. All in all this place is incredible, and very affordably priced. If you haven't tried it yet, you need too.

First time trying indian food and I wasn't disappointed. I thought the vegetable korma was well spiced and flavorful, and the garlic Naan bread was great on it's own or dipped with the korma. Not to mention, the staff were very friendly.

This is my favorite restaurant to dine in for authentic Indian cuisine in the whole Richmond Tri-City area!!! My boyfriend is East Indian, so authentic food that taste like home is important. We take a 45min drive to Indian K Raja at least three times a month. The staff is ALWAYS awesome and attentive. The restuarant is alway clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. WE LOVE THIS PLACE!

Lamb Jogan Rosh, Coconut Shrimp Curry, Goat Curry and crab naan. All were fantastic. Suggest a mild unless you truly like the hot stuff. The Goat Curry could have had better pieces of meat on the bone. Ive had the Lamb multiples times and cant say enough good things. The Coconut shrimp is also amazing.
