I went with a friend , we sat at the bar , and were greeted right away by a friendly waiter ! It was guite busy for late afternoon, lots of staff hustling around doing end of shift duties, but all were very aware the customers! The waitress took our drink order and answered our questions about the menu ! Our burgers were delicious and I got the regular crinkle cut fries anf Judy got the sweet potato crinkle cut fries , both grest but we preferred the sweet potato! And that special sauce , AMAZING ! The egg on the burger was perfect ! We lloved it so much we ordered another burger with sweet potato fries and split it ! Incredible beer selection too ! Cant wait to go back !
Oh it is soooooo yummy . Best burgers. I do miss the original Monday special. I’m not a fan of the one on the menu. I live in Georgia so it’s a drive. Well worth it but would love to have the old Monday special burger with the green chilies.
We had the mac and chez burger with french fries and a cold beer. I top it off with the fried oreos and oh what a treat.
Ordered a double cheeseburger, they only come well-done but wasn't a problem. It was delicious! Crinkle-cut fries had great flavor. Plenty of good beer options. Only complaint is we had to wait an hour for a table but it is a tiny place so that would be expected
Awesome staff, great friends, the best burgers, and amazing beer selection. Just drank my 100th beer there, they really did it up! Couldn't ask for more from a jack browns �

First time going there today and my burger was SO good and the fries were perfect. My waiter was so nice and there was a wait, but we didn’t mind it at all. Loved it and I can’t wait to go back.
We came in last night for the first time on a date night with my wife. The burgers were amazing and I highly recommend the Elvis burger! The staff was spot on and very friendly. The atmosphere was so awesome! We came on a night where there was a onesie party to celebrate a manager who beat cancer and my wife and I both enjoyed being there for that and had a blast!! Can't wait to come back again!
We (six of us) came in and had delicious food, beer and customer service!!! The table we were given was a little small for our group but that was by our choice. We were offered a larger table once one became available!! We had a great experience and will definitely return!!!
One of my favorites, even though they don't have any lettuce or tomatoes. A unique burger menu. Plus, the fries are perfectly prepared.

Great little burger place. Have a little patio area out front with some heaters. We sat outside since we thought the inside was a little loud. It's not very big, but it was pumping and jumping inside. Service was pretty good, but with a packed house, they work hard, but may take a tad longer when busy. Some creative and unique burgers. All sounded really good. I got the peanut butter one, tasty, but thought the peanut butter kind of overpowered it. The fries were really good too, get'm loaded. Smashed style. Definitely would come back to try some of the colors.
They should at least sell Turkey or vegan burgers for those who do not eat beef. Fries were really good. Another thing is that there are not many black people there. It was 9 people, and the comedian that invited us brought 6, including himself. It was packed, though. When he got up to do his gig, a lot of people in the back were really loud and didn't respect his set.
I had the Tuesday Special burger with smoked pork belly. I think it's called Kung Fu Burger. It was very good. The fry sauce is great too. Being from Utah, it's good to see fry sauce all over the nation now. In the past it was not so. I also had a friend Oreo and that was delicious. I'll be back here next time I'm in Richmond.
Nice and simply burgers and beer - it was a suggestion from a friend from Washington DC - we were here for 2 days trip - really tasty burgers and fries - fair prices - may the burgers could be a bit bigger 😀 - very friendly people

Was told by the waittress that outside heaters were inoperable that night. After we oaid and left, they fired up the outside heaters...

Back to the food though, the burgers were hot and amazing. The fries were good too if you ate them quickly since it was winter and we were seated outside. Beer selection is available via a QR code on the table to browse catalog via your phone. This would be fine except that menu was convoluted with numerous submenus and filters.
Overall, i would go back armed with knowledge of first visit.
We went for a late lunch. Morgan, our server, was very attentive and friendly. Our food was prepared quickly. The burgers and fries were good and the house sauce was good. They seemed to have a good selection of beers. The worst I can say is the music wasn't for me and it was very loud. I will be back.
Good, not great, burgers. It was a nice evening out and I’d definitely go here again over a chain like 5 Guys or something, which is about the same price. (I should say, it may have been a great burger with cheese, which I am currently restricted from. So maybe that was just me.)
Straight up college beer and burger joint. Bar, table and outdoor seating. Burger and fry baskets and some bar snacks.
Did the chef surprise burger...get this... Cream cheese bacon and berry berry cap'n crunch. I must say it was good. The crunch brought a bit of sweet to the savory. And just a hint of that cap'n crunch twang. Sweet potato fries were good super crispy. Smaller tap list than you might expect, but good representation and a tonne of cans in the cooler.

Best burgers in my opinion. Beer list is great. Every time I go in it's never a dull moment. I'd go if I were you.
This is the best place in the Greater Richmond Area for craft beer appreciation. Mekong/The Answer are great and all but they got nothing on this Joint. The burgers are the perfect size and absolutely delicious and the best part is they don't serve their burgers with any of that disgusting lettuce and tomato garbage that everyone seems to love.

I love Jack Brown's. The Greg Brady Burger and sweet potato fries with heaps of JB sauce is heavenly. My little treat to myself about once a week! Highly recommend!
Love this place! Great burgers and beer. The fries are also delicious and well seasoned. Plus the fried Oreos are AWESOME! Definitely get one of the creative burgers because they are absolutely delicious. Spent many nights here with friends.

Best burger in town!! Tender, flavorful Wagyu beef on a soft potato roll. My all-time favorite is the Danny Larusa (cream cheese, pepper jelly, add bacon). It's rare for me to say this, but I like this burger so much that I will never try another thing there because I can't imagine anything better. The crinkly fries are perfectly cooked and salted and come out piping hot with a special sauce on the side. Top it off with a fried Oreo and you're golden!
