On a road-trip and stopped at Lee’s for a quick bite to eat. The Fried chicken was good, not greasy, and fairly juicy. I can’t say it was the best I ever had but it was good. I liked the wedges and mash. Mac and cheese was just ok. Sweet Tea was great. ❤️ the biscuits. Price was reasonable and place clean. Overall, glad we stopped. 😊

Lee's is a must visit spot for us anytime we are passing through Richmond, even if it requires a detour. We have been visiting Lee's for 5 years and the quality of the food remains the same, well-seasoned, fresh, and there is a good variety of menu options. We always enjoy a biscuit and chicken tenders. I also like the apples as a side. We are not huge fans of the mac and cheese or wedges but that is more preference, both sides are fine. All in all, you won't be disappointed with a meal from Lee's.

Lee's chicken is awesome. I have only gotten the strips and love them. Also, I always buy extra biscuits because, why the heck not. They are awesome too.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles and the food came out insanely quick. Georgia was awesome and the food came out amazing.

I’ve been going to Lee’s for years and it’s always so good! What finally prompted my review was taking my friends there last night. We went through the drive thru for a big family meal, didn’t wait long at all. The young man in the drive thru had such a great attitude and was kind putting our order and all our sauces together. It really felt like a fun time, thank you for all your hard work! We love Lee’s chicken!

No one does fried chicken better than Lee's. Few fast food places are worth driving across town for, but when you stop and think about how savory, crunchy-crispy, juicy and delicious their chicken is, you can hardly wait to plan a trip! I had the 2-piece meal that included a drumstick and thigh along with mashed potatoes & gravy, southern style green beans with a hint of ham and a biscuit. It's also worth a trip just the biscuits! For the quality of the food, it is reasonably priced. It's an easy in and out location on Broad St in downtown Richmond. It has ample parking with many large spots. The restaurant is clearly marked and visible on busy Broad St. I just wish they carried chicken livers! Overall, Lee's Famous Chicken is perfection.

First time to a Lees! Service was great and fast although the place was slam packed with customers inside and in drive thru. The chicken was awesome, biscuits even better... But the sides were average at best hence the minus one star. Mac and cheese= basic. Corn was same as out the can... Next time I will get the chicken and biscuit only option.

Fried chicken was great, both white and dark meat were super juicy and delicious. Green beans, potato wedges, mashed potatoes, and biscuits were also great and tasty. Only complaint was the mac and cheese was bland and cold, but everything else was hot and awesome. Sweet tea was the perfect drink to go with the meal. Will definitely be back!

Delicious fried chicken at a good price. The biscuit was pretty tasty as well. Only giving 4 stars out of 5 as the place was a bit dirty. Plus the individual sauce packets that you can take as many as your heart desires really creates a lot of waste. Worth a trip for a greasy yet flaky chicken and the price was right, but it’s a chain where the environment doesn’t get considered.
