I used to regularly go to the one in DC on Wisconsin Ave. it was one of my favorite restaurants there to grab a quick bite and I am ecstatic that we now have one here in Richmond. Great healthy food for a good price

CAVA in Shortpump (Glen Allen VA) is fantastic! When I heard the description it was like a Mediterranean-style Chipotle I had high hopes, but it was even better. The food was fantastic-- delicious and nutritious! There are a wide variety of options and I'm excited to try something new each time. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the inside was clean and inviting. Even the overhead music was delightful. I will heartily recommend CAVA to all my friends and family, and look forward to returning again and again!
The food was incredible and healthy! I loved the dips with my salad and the peach tea, as well. I can't wait to go back.

Great spot for a nice meal. Variety of options to choose. Packed with lots of flavor. I had create Your own Grain & Greens(Spring Mix & Saffron Rice, Tzaki & Crazy feta spreads, Harrissa Honey Chicken & lamb meat balls, Corn, Tomatoe & Cucumber mix, pickled onion, feta, Garlic sauce, extra side of pita & Harrissa dip)
Think Chipotle, but Mediterranean. The place is pricy, but delicious and healthy and fresh. I could definitely eat here often. It was clean and the people were friendly.
My absolute favorite place now!! The food was to die for & service was top tier. Ms Meda was the sweetest & she was patient with my family as we were indecisive about what to put in our bowl. whatever you get, please get pita chips with it.. you won’t regret it!

I was just introduced to Cava and I love the Cava bowls. The bowl is delicious, it's filling, it's nutrient and satisfying. And it doesn't leave me with a bunch of gas which is a us for me because im not a fastfood person, I do my own cooking so Cava is a plus for me.
I was so excited to try this place. My friends had only good things to say about it. I ordered 2 custom falafel pitas for takeout. It was ready right on time at the pickup counter.
SOOOO FLAVORFUL! There were so many toppings and sauces to choose from. I think I picked the perfect combination. Tzatziki Sauce, Harissa, and Tahini Caesar....plus picked onions and cabbage slaw. I will be back!
My first time here and I'm coming back. I liked how the staff seemed to be constantly cleaning. I loved all the toppings and the spicy falafels were delicious. I probably will try a different thing each time. I was full of healthy items and I needed it. Staff was nice as well.
Excellent Build-Your-Own bowl, clean spot, and quick service. Ample seating for dine-in, and the crazy feta is always good.

We came in kinda late, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It's definitely a must if you're looking for something fresh.
This place is incredible. Killer vibes. Hip atmosphere, all the kids these days keep talking about how great CAVA is so I just had to try and it did not disappoint. Makes me feel young again. Magnum Approved.
Love to eat at CAVA. Green & Grain is the best of both worlds as far as I'm concerned. Especially with the zing when harissa is added. Straight salad w yogurt dill dressing is my wife's idea. Dining in is spaced out as you'd expect. Tables outside too.
The line was long due to sudden short staffing issues but the GM hoped in and made it a quick and painless situation. She and others were friendly and the food was amazing. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. I highly recommend stopping by.
Love the salads and the food. Great selection. I had the chicken rightrice bowl. Very good. Only reason it's not rated 5 stars for me, I could find a table inside or out that was clean. I will say they were busy, but they should have someone going around wiping down tables every 10-15 minutes. I wasn't the only person trying to find a clean table to sit at.
We had pita. The ingredients were fresh and the seasoning was very tasty. The place is a little industrial funky, so if that's your taste, you'll love it. It's fast food, no question about it, but it's fast food done right. I'd go back.

Taking off a star because this location will ALWAYS give me primarily burnt pita chips on the side when I order pick up/to go. They put them in the bag completely burnt like croutons. They’re supposed to be light brown, slightly crunchy, but soft and chewy on the inside.
Other than that, great.
Please don’t send out burnt pita chips.
