Tony is the best server ever, hands down!! He was so attentive, always on top of our drinks and bread. The food was amazing too! 5 stars!
Great service and the food is absolutely delicious. My wife"s steak was prepared perfectly for her and my lump crab meat with Tilapia was A1. Our Waitress was very kind and had a lovely smile.
My wife brought me to Outback to celebrate my birthday and our waiter was great and the food was superb. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the Outback!

Excellent meal! Steak was delicious and the lobster tails were cooked perfectly! Couldn't have had better service! We'll be back soon.
The food was very good for a chain steak house. My steak was cooked perfect, and was seasoned well. I had a bowl of French onion soup as well. It was on the salty side but tasted good overall. I also had the wedge salad, which was delicious, one of my favorites. My side was a baked potato and it was yummy, I filled up on salad and my steak so I took my potato home and poured the rest of my soup on it and it was really good, the potato helped neutralize some of the salt. The only part that wasn't great was the seating. The booths are uncomfortable and I am not a fan of the hightop tables. Our waitress was very attentive and the rest of the staff we friendly as well. Our food came out fast and fresh. Overall a very positive experience.
James F was absolutely amazing. I came in between meetings and I was greeted quickly once I sat at the bar, placed my order and I was in and out within 30 minutes. I would definitely go back, if you ever sit at the bar and you see James with his radiating smile just know youβll be well taken care of !
Michelle did an awesome job waiting on us. She got us drinks and bread before we asked for seconds, etc. She anticipated what we needed. We will definitely ask for her again! She should be recognized for a job well done!

James made the perfect lemondrop shot, memorized our entire order without even writing it down and got it all perfect. Awesome food. Blooming onion is INSANELY good! Awesome experience we'll be back!
Giving it 4 stars because when we came in host wouldn't let us sit on the booth. It was odd because there were plenty of booths. They seated us next to a bunch of scremaing kids. We then took it upon ourselves to go eat at the bar, which was the best decision. James the bartender was very polite and took great care of us. He did awesome customer service. π Will return again to eat at the bar they food was also fresh and excellent.
I think my dinner was called Filet Sheila. Two steak medallions with a yummy mushroom sauce and crispy fried things on top. It was good, I had a good time. We went early before the crowds came so all the food came with good timing.
So Rocky start as wine glass π· and orange π juice glass was dirty, was making my own Mimosa with Chateau St Michelle Riesling, but was taken care of quickly by a nice young man from the bar and a beautiful Black waitress woman. (Yes, I'm being politically correct by saying Black because we can't be African American unless we've been to Africa). The rest of the Service from the Bartender Sheree was Magnificent πππ! My food was perfect, my service was perfect, my made up Mimosa was perfect. (Highly recommend the Steak and Gouda Cheese Dip!) Never been in this area before and came to relax my body and heart from heart attack, just doing something for me, hotel across the street (Country Inn and Suites) has everything I need to not stress and relax my body, heated pool and Jacuzzi, exercise room, Breakfast, microwave/ fridge and comfy King bed (plus checked in early nice service too!)
Every visit we have here, is always top tier. We visit here at least once every 2 weeks amd the food is always well prepared, staff is friendly, and we are taken care of. Tonight I have to give a special shout out to Ieasha, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assure that we had the best visit we could and it showed. She was very attentive, but not overcrowding us. You could tell she was genuinely concerned with our experience and it was very much appreciated because it was my birthday. I hope she is rewarded and recognized for the amazing job she does amd we will for sure look for her on future visits
The whole place has a great aura with personable greeters & hosts. The food was very good and our server, James, was the absolute best! He was attentive and very apt at his job. I would definitely love to come back and enjoy the great atmosphere!! Highly recommend!
The service was very professional and expeditious. The food was delicious and served by the BEST waitress I have experienced thus far. Jessica was well groomed, well spoken, thorough, and efficient. This place is a must eat for anyone in the Richmond area. Thank you for the wonderful all around experience!
