Anytime I can, I eat at Crackle Barrel. Don’t have one close to me. Great food, great service and great prices. Their store always have the best items. 😍

Michelle S is SO SWEET! I am a waitress myself so I understand everything about serving. She went above and beyond for us! We got the menu part confused a little bit and she (without telling us) managed to get us what we originally wanted for a better deal! The breakfast is the best any franchise has to offer. I really love visiting Cracker Barrel, especially during any holiday. They always offer retail items suitable for most holidays. Not to mention, they have comfortable, casual clothing for men, women, and children. Cracker Barrel is not just for a good home cooked meal. The store has lots of wonderful items.
Oooohhh my goodness!! That new steak n' egg hashbrown casserole dish is freaking delicious!!! So so good. That crunch of the fried onions, the cheesiness of the dish, and the tenderness of the steak is a plus. Gotta get it again! I like that cracker barrel always has things to entertain yourself while waiting but I think it's time to upgrade some things in terms of the interior.
I did enjoy the food this time... like they weren't afraid of seasoning. But I ordered a medium well steak and it came out well.
To conclude my experience, I had to speak with the manager about my service. The chicken was delicious, my beans were too but my greens were cold
My pancake wasn't hot enough 😫, my friend's drink came after she completed her meal. Her condiments never came, it was a simple, yet sweet. But God!!

Had a wonderful lunch here at the Cracker Barrel. You can choose from either the Breakfast menu or the dinner menu, both had a lot to offer. Well prepared comfort food will satisfy any of your cravings. The place is fun to dine in. The dining room was decorated with old photos, signs, advertisements and items to give you a good history lesson. Service was wonderful! Our waitress gave us good suggestions and she took great care of us. I had Lemon Pepper Grilled Rainbow Trout, it was cooked perfectly. I really enjoyed it. There were lots Sides to choose from, I had Green Beans and Turnip Greens. They were OK, nothing special. My daughter ordered the Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders, it was smothered with Honey Glaze and Bacon Crumbs. They have bring the Chicken Tender to a whole new level. For additional $1.99 each, my daughter ordered the Blueberry Pancakes and Loaded Hashbrown Casserole from the Premium Sides selections. She got two large pancakes cooked with fresh Blueberries per her request. The Pancakes and Hashbrowns were super yummy. All and all, prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. It was also fun shopping at the country store.
Love cracker barrel. My husband tried the steak and eggs hashbrown casserole. My chicken pot pie was too salty.
I like Cracker Barrel. The food is good, no matter what location I visit (at least, in VA). Portions are enough to take home for another meal. Service is usually speedy and the staff is friendly. I like perusing the General Store, too, although I haven't purchased anything yet.

My family and I have been visiting this location for years but somehow my experience today was so good, it called for a review post. Im used to the typical hospitality you can find at any eatery, but I was acknowledged with a more friendly and genuine greeting from the host before she sat me down at my table. Then as I looked over the menu...wow, it looks like it's been updated with new added dishes but still have the classics available. Then the experience gets better having been served by such a fantastic server, Heather. Blown away by her excellent customer service and attention, as she made sure to check on me at the right pace. I dined alone this time but I will be coming back soon with my family if this is now the new experience we will be receiving at this location. Even paying for my meal at the front register has left me with a lasting impression and feeling great going about my day. I've worked in luxury field for over 20 years and the type of attention and hospitality I received today *chefs kiss 🤌🏽.

Service fast and friendly. No visit from manager to table. They use to go through dining room and ask guests how things were. Lots to choose from on menu. New breakfast items all sound good. Friday night so I got the fish fry dinner special. Fish was over fried and tough. Not the greatest. It's cod. Deep fried. 4 pieces. Too much for one person to eat. Sides were cool, barely warm. Think potato casserole was old, maybe from lunch. Best thing was the biscuit. And only one of those. Remember when you would get plate of biscuits and corn muffins while waiting for your food? Not any more. Think next time I'll get breakfast. They do that the best in my opinion. Love them pancakes!
Updated October 2022 - Much improved. Service excellent. Food very good. Great experience. Highly recommend. Oh and they serve alcoholic beverages now. That's new.
Updated February 2023 - Immediately seated. Waited about 5 minutes before server appeared. Food was delivered quickly. All was good. Pancakes were outstanding tonight. Server checked on us once. No offers for drink refills. We waited over 10 minutes for our check. Finally I saw our server walking opposite direction and I approached him and asked for our check, which was promptly delivered. Service was not good. I looked around Country Store. They have lots of Easter candies and decorations. Not very busy for Saturday evening.

Fried chicken tasted old and was luke warm. Okra was really good. Okra was hotter than the chicken! Berry drink was really good. Our server was so friendly and funny 😁
My first time to a cracker barrel, it was awesome. Gina was my server, she was delightful and provided excellent service. I had the grand ol breakfast, it was so yummy! The biscuits, gravy, grits, sausage, right down to cooking my eggs perfectly. Not to mention the store when you walk in they have so much variety. There is something for everyone! I recommend this establishment.
The food is solid but the customer service is fire! Thanksgiving evening trying to figure out dinner. They were super helpful in making sure we were taken care of and allowing us to put to go order in. They were patient and happy to assist!
Cracker barrel continues to offer top quality food and experiences. It's admittedly been a long time since I've been into one, and I was surprised at the selection of curious and eclectic items, ranging from little seen candies or sodas to home decor. The wait time flew by, and I ate breakfast with my family in front of a roaring hearth. Really enjoyed it.
