The dish I had was delicious! Thai Green Curry with Shrimp... I think that's right lol. Anyway, it was delicious
I'm a frequent visitor and I love many of the dishes on the menu. Hardest part about coming here is deciding what to order.
For all the years they've been around, I decided to try it for the first time. I liked the variety of noodles dishes in the menu. Italian, Asian, etc. Rice noodles or wheat noodles, spice or mild... something for everyone. The food quality was acceptable, nothing outstanding, but good enough for me to consider returning to try something different.
The pasta was a tad overly al dente... that is to say chewy in my chicken parm. The sauce had good flavor, and it didn't taste like it was from a jar. My friend tried the Asian bowl with chicken, and she found it too peppery to her liking, but I found it tasty and with only mild heat.
Atmosphere was clean, casual, and comfortable, more like a sandwich shop than a restaurant. You order at the counter, and they bring the food to your table when it's done. You bus your own table when you're done.
Overall, it was a satisfying lunch at a reasonable price... a good lunch stop. Not someplace I'd choose for a dinner date.
Handled mobile orders like a champ! Mobile is the way to go, even if you're dining in. Just save yourself time, why not? Good service, food, and atmosphere. I gotta start coming back to this format and location more often. Need more locations around Richmond.
Always fast service, great food, friendly staff
My first time having their Tofu pad Thai & it was very tasty! The noodles on the other hand weren’t very authentic & my potstickers were very soft as well, usually they’re fried hard. I’ve had the same dish at multiple other restaurants and I could tell the difference. Besides that my overall experience was great(:
Nice noodle spot to grab something quick. Definitely worth the money. I wish they had a larger variety of choose from. The dishes seem very seasonal.
Great food, fast service!
First time ever visiting Noodles and Company. We where in the area and wanted to try something different. The food was good, my favorite was the garlic bread though. So delicious!! The restaurant was clean and the service was quick. But the thing that really earns the 5 stars is the customer service. The cashier, I wish I got her name, was amazing! (She was up front around 4-5pm) I told her we've never been here before and I had a bunch of questions, even asking what kind of noodles are what. 😂 She was so patient with us. Never made us feel like we were wasting her time, and happily answered the ridiculous questions we had. Nowadays, it's hard to find employees with that much care for customer service. Most restaurants you go to you can barely get a "hello" from the workers. But she was phenomenal! We accidentally forgot our side salad and didn't realize it was never brought to us until we were done eating. When we brought it to her attention she apologized and made us one to go, and even gave us a free bowl for the trouble. Which it was no big deal at all! But we were blown away by it. Thank you so much for the great experience, if we're ever in the area again I will be sure to spot by!
My pot stickers were great. Had buttered noodles too and the seasoning was really good but noodles were way to aldente for me. Didn't know they were like this or I would of taken them back but my husband was in the hospital and I didn't have the time to take them back. Just make sure if you like your noodles cooked more to tell them. Only the second time eating from this chain, first time at this particular store.
Very good food, especially the spicy tortellini dish. Mac and cheese was good too.
I love this location wholeheartedly, and I would give anything for it. The service is impeccable, especially the ginger cashier. Very good food, would 100% recommend, and the staff is always doing their best. If you are looking for a place to eat, eat here.
