My friends and I visited Chicano’s last night before a concert, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From when we saw on their door that they support veterans, to the atmosphere, the food, drinks and service, everything was 10/10! It was the best Mexican food and margarita I have ever had and our waiter, Ricardo was amazing! We live 2 hours away but can’t wait to make the trip back to the restaurant again!
Good place. I go maybe once a week. One day I went in to place a lunch order- waitress behind the counter gave me complimentary chips and salsa while I waited for my to go order. I love their enchiladas. The first time my order was wrong- ordered beef taco salad and got chicken. Beef taco was really salty. Maybe it was an off day. However, the last few times I’ve gone the food has been really good. Especially today. I devoured it. Chips and salsa is good too, salsa is a little spicy if you’re ok with that.
Food was good and nice chill vibe atmosphere. Had to keep putting hand up for service so that was only default
Very good place to eat. It is somehow small but that makes it very comfy. The service is great and the food very tasty with great presentation. Also, they have a good menu of drinks 🍹
Nice little spot in downtown with a big variety of drinks and beers. The atmosphere here is Chill and relaxing, The food is authentic Mexican food I really liked the side of rice and beans but my favorite was the dip it was like spicy ranch perfect combination with the chips and the beer. The staff was very attentive on everyone’s experience. I totally recommend this place for a night out with friends or a quick dinner watching the game. I went 40min before closing and they were really happy to assist me with everything. Keep on the good job! Definitely going back again.

We ordered Chicken and Beef Fajitas and I can say chicken taste way better .

The chicken soup is with avocado and rice and it taste normal. Nothing special .
The waiter are very accommodating, courteous and really nice .
Good food but Not great tasting food.. the pictures look better, Good and friendly service from my waitress Yami, She's very sweet and tries to do a great job...
The Cooks sent a different order then what I asked for and my waitress had to apologize for it.
My opinion, Nice place, Great staff out front and Idiots as Cooks ..

Had a great time here! Went for happy with my coworkers and couldn’t have been a better time. Service was prompt, food was good, and drinks were even better.
The family and I arrived just after lunch ended (3p), however they have happy hour specials everyday! The food came out relatively quick, the place is somewhat small but has an amazing selection of beer and spirits! Food tasted amazing and great portions for the price! Our server was timely and courteous.
If you're in the area and wanting tasty Hispanic, I give my recommendation.

Good food here and there is some street parking nearby as well as some garages. Menu on a QR code on the table.
It was a little busy so there were a few confusions with our food. In addition, drinks did take awhile since I think there was one bartender. I ordered a cocktail - La Guayabita and my boyfriend ordered the Strawberry Mojito which was also good. They were unfortunately out of the coconut mojito. We ordered an appetizer - Camerones Fundido and it was really good. There was a lot of shrimp and it tasted amazing.
I ordered the Shrimp fajitas and my boyfriend ordered the Shrimp Burrito. Our food got confused with the table next to us and we just kind of saw our food being walked back and forth as servers tried to figure out who's food belonged where. The table next to us ended up getting the Shrimp Burrito while my boyfriend got their veggie. He asked for a side of Shrimp which came out when he was about halfway through his Burrito.
Food was good and servers were very apologetic and understanding. We got charged for the veggie Burrito only.
Great little local Mexican restaurant. Only did appetizers and they were amazing. Got stuck there for a couple hours because of a down pour. Staff was friendly, nice and very accommodating. Would definitely go back
My girlfriend and I came here for lunch on a Saturday morning and we gotta say, this place is fantastic! There are plenty of latino style restaurants in the area but the way I look at it, each place has their own style and rhythm. The service was quick,easy, comfortable, and inviting. I was feeling for some chicken soup and was not disappointed! My girlfriend got the vegetarian tacos and they were delicious too! You get a nice amount of chips, salsa, and a white sauce that is similar to ranch when you sit. The atmosphere is nice with tall ceilings and with big tv's by the bar. I have 2 tiny concerns which I feel don't warrant a deduction of a star. Starting off with the good old richmond parking. It's all street parking near there, on an incline so be prepared for that. Next, the QR code that was at each table was too big. The QR code for some reason didn't read immediately when trying to scan it. But other than that, I will be returning to this great spot! No complaints from me! We sat at the bar. The place was very quaint and cute! We only got drinks which we excellent. The staff was nice and really helpful. Would go back again. We didn't eat but the couple next to is said their food was great! Must try next time
Great food, kick @55 atmosphere, and cold drinks. Recipe for a good time. I have honestly had better Mexican food... Lived in Southern Cali for 7 years... Hard to top that... But I'd still come back again.
