The food was absolutely delicious, the staff was warm and welcoming. Our waitress was stellar she was attentive, and gave us some pointers on the best options. It is a very laid back fun place to eat and enjoy some great food and laughs.
I order the chicken sandwich. Was really good. My husband order the pasta it was good too. Waiter was a little slow but over all it was great.
First time ever eat here. We came in on a Sunday around 12 noon not to busy but it was getting busy by time we was done. The waitress was very nice, friendly, always there if you needed something, and she knew about all the food. We even spoke to one of the cooks in the kitchen and she was very nice. If need be I can tell y'all both of their names. I added a few pics of our food. Next time we come to Richmond I hope to eat here again one of my new favorite places 😋
Other half and I decided to go today for a quick lunch. We sat at the bar. The waitress was very prompt. We ordered the Philly Egg rolls with the jalapeno cheese dip. Hubby got the grilled wings with ranch, I got chicken Philly with Mac n cheese he also got fries. Good food good vibes good times
The food and service here was amazing 👏 to our group of 12. JOURNEY is an amazing hostess. Many delicious 😋 options . I personally like the New Orleans pasta and BBQ fried wings and baked beans 🫘. Please 🙏 taste this food if you are in the area!
The food was good...I had the new orleans pasta but it needed more sauce...I also had the buffalo chicken dip it was good but cold...server took it off my bill
Great sports bar! Delicious food and good atmosphere with lots of TV's so you won't miss anything. Service was also amazing, we will be back.
Ok, I went 'OD' on the pictures. This place is pretty nice. The menu was very good Nd filled with favorites. There were numerous television's around to watch sports. The food was good. If you order wings, make sure you tell them about the sauce. If you don't like a lot, it can be a bit much. They give you this huge cup for your beverage. I would come back to this place because of the overall experience.

They can't cook a steak to save their lives, I sent my food back twice before just giving up and taking the rest to my dog. Wonderful if you'd like a hockey puck (well done) the service is good though, the fish is also bland based on my fiance's report. All in all I will never spend 100$ again to feed three people here.
Food and atmosphere was excellent. Ordered the salmon, fish and chips, a burger and the Buffalo chicken wrap. Delicious! Service was a little slow compared to how few patrons there were at the time but not too bad. Great prices, can't wait to go back and work through the menu.
We t at Patrick's day around 2 pm it was so crowded no parking but I was lucky to park a little far but worth the trip food was lunch combo wings dried rub and fries delicious always food is consistently good beer tall and cold and watched march madness great atmosphere loads of nice looking men of all cultures and women families out dining as well waitress Spanish young lady gave perfect service... Gave a nice tip of course.. will continue to visit again .. and met a nice guy there as well.
We had 4 adults in our group ... Food and atmosphere was great, steak was well done when asked for medium, shrimp was forgotten so it came out late and the salad was forgotten and came out after the meal. I do want to say that we went on a Saturday night but still paid the same price so we should get the same service as any other night. I also want to say that I enjoyed the night so much that I hate to give a bad review. We will go back and hope for a better experience with service.

My family and I stopped in for lunch, we arrived at 12:18pm. We were seated and waited for our server/waitstaff. Our "server" never appeared. We waited for more than 15 minutes. A couple came in a few minutes after our group and within our 15 minute wait had gotten their drinks, wine and appetizer. By 1:00p we still had not seen our "server". My daughter went to the young lady who seated us and let her know we had not gotten any drinks or seen our server.
Shortly after a young lady named Jessica came over, told us since we'd waited so long we could get an appetizer compliments of the manager. Jessica told us we were not in her area, but she would take care of our order. We asked who was supposed to be our server and she said "Nicole". Well, Nicole had walked by our table 3 or 4 times, looking over at us and kept going. We asked for a manager. Jessica was very good and in spite of having 10 tables of her own to take care of. Nicole did bring some of our order out when it was ready, but still did not acknowledge or speak to any of us at the table. The manager did come talk with us and apologized for the wait and service. Jessica got the tip. Nicole gets the bad review! Overall, after Jessica came to our table things were fine. Our meals and drinks were very good. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We will be going back to Kickback Jack. But trust me, we will not ask for nor accept Nicole as our server. We are asking for Jessica from now on!!

very loud with multiple televisions playing different things, mostly sports. the selection for vegetarians was limited to appetizers but the spinach artichoke dip was pretty good. the people who went with me enjoyed their meat entrees but as a vegetarian this world not be my first choice for a restaurant
This was my first time at Kickback Jack's and I really enjoyed it. I tried the Fish n Chips. The food came out real quick. It was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was ok. Your typical sports bar with flat screen tvs everywhere. I will definitely return. I heard the Firecracker Shrimps is a must try!
Steak and cheese egg rolls were ok. I had to get jalapeños on the side for some kick. The waitress and staff were excellent. I attended with a party of almost 20, and only minor adjustments needed to be made.
To my complete surprise, the food was really good. I was never a big fan of bar food, but the food at Kickback Jack’s were prepared fresh and seasoned perfectly. Great selection for everyone to enjoy. We ordered Firecracker Shrimp, it was crunch outside and full of flavors. Fried Chicken Wings was one of the best that I had. It was off the bone easily. Wednesday wine special was super cheap. A glass of Vista Cabernet and a glass of Vista Merlot were only $2.75 each. Price were very reasonable and portion was good. Lots of big screen TV, you can enjoy a game from any seat. Comfy booth with lots of room. We definitely will come back.
