As always....my service was on point. My food was brought out to my table fast and hot. The server was more than courteous and asked if I needed anything else. When I'm in the forest hill area, I make it a point to stop by chick-fil-a.

One thing I noticed is that the credit/debit machine was very dirty. It makes me wonder about cleanliness in other areas.
On the last free chicken mini day, I arrived to drive thru and it was back up to the target parking lot, I turned the timer on my phone on, and it only took 7 minutes for me to get through the line. Very impressive!!!
The service is impeccable and the food is always hot and delicious.
I order from the app for Dine in, go to my table, they bring my food, I ask for any refills and donāt have to get up from the table until I leave. Full service!
I don't know if its just me but this franchise is starting to get expensive, I understand great staffing and a great product but a small bowl of Mac and cheese is like 4 dollars. Add that to a meal and your spending almost 20 bucks on yourself.
I mean it's chicfila it's always good, orders are always right, extremely fast even during the lunch and dinner rush never been in line for more than 10 to 15 minutes, and the service is always polite and friendly
Listen Chick-fil-A, your old system before you remodeled your store was way better. I know youāre trying to be efficient and everything, but when you bring me my food and Iām 6 cars back from the window trapped in line, what am I supposed to do? Just sit there while my milkshakes melt? You need to make it so we can pull out of line if we get our food early. The lady in front of me mustāve ordered $300 worth of Chick-fil-A and I was almost at the window where the brick columns are and I couldnāt go anywhere until she got all of her things. Doesnāt seem very efficientā¦

I had a ok experience, order my food through the drive thru and got home and my order was wrong. Call customer service and they got me straight!
I won't expect anything but 5 star experiences at Chick-fil-A and this was no exception! As always the food is hot and fresh! And of course the service is wonderful! The dining room associate was very friendly and really enjoyed interacting with the kids!
