Visiting Arby’s for the first time in years turned out to be a delightful experience. The staff member at the register displayed remarkable patience and friendliness, making the process of familiarizing myself with the menu and understanding the various sauce options a breeze without any signs of frustration.
The cleanliness of the establishment stood out distinctly, even outshining reputed chains such as Chick-fil-A. A spotless environment paired with accommodating service laid a positive groundwork for the meal to come.
Despite the bustling lunch hour and a long drive-through queue that necessitated a walk-in, the waiting time was reasonable. I opted for the boneless wings, half expecting them to be just glorified chicken nuggets, but I was pleasantly surprised. They surpassed the offerings at renowned spots like BWW and Dave & Buster's, striking a chord of satisfaction with their taste and texture.
The one drawback was the mingling of fries and wings in the same basket, causing the wing sauce to blend with the fries. While not a deal-breaker, a separation could enhance the dining experience.
In conclusion, this visit to Arby's broke past preconceived notions, offering a delightful dining experience characterized by clean surroundings, friendly service, and food that pleasantly surprised with its quality. It’s a reminder that Arby’s can indeed be a top contender in the fast-food market, offering a meal that triumphs over recent fast-food experiences.
Richmond Arbys are another level. This isn’t what we grew up with. Great food! Can be a little slower at times but I know people are always in need of workers.
.. should say.. it’s WAY BETTER than what we grew up with. If you haven’t been in a while you are missing out :)
They forgot the sandwich I ordered. I was getting a quick lunch so I couldn't return!

I was able to quickly make my order. The party taking my money explained to me there was an issue with the credit card and Sherrie, the manager, came right over. While she was working on that, she was very kind to me and to my dog whom was in the car with me at the drive-thru. She just made my day better. I hope I got her name right! Just seemed like a sweetheart. Cashier was great, too. Fella with long hair? Thanks!
I don’t eat fast food very often, but Arby’s is always a favorite. But this location has always been special. The team that works here and the management are exceptional. Truly some of best people in the industry that make even the brief experience of “fast food” a pleasure.
If Corporate ever reads these reviews, they should know that this Arbys in Patterson should be considered a crown jewel. And to the team, we do appreciate you and thank you.
I visited on Jan 24, 2023. After a mix up with the order the manager went above and beyond to make things right. I failed to catch her name but she did a great job. Also, the food was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. Thanks
I don’t normally review fast food places but this particular Arby’s location deserves the recognition. I live out of town but every time my partner and I come into town and if we visit this location, they are consistently friendly and go above and beyond with their customer service. It is a very pleasant experience as a consumer. Job very well done! Thank you so much for offering such a wonderful experience here. Highly recommend!
Manager Steve took the time to talk to me through the drive thru window, super friendly. It happened to be a hard day and he hooked me up with a Cherry turnover on the house.
They have several different flavors of milkshakes, really good, but we only went to the drive-thru so my experience there is limited.
