Authentic Mexican food. You either need to speak Spanish or be ready to point at what you want. That red sauce with the huaraches is the bomb!

Had quite a few things (torta cubana, pupusasa revueltas, yuca frita, huarache) and all were delicious! The torta cubana was especially good - super packed sandwich with so many types of meat. Also nice that you can shop around the Latino Mart while waiting for your food.

Excellent menudo (doesn't have posole). I'm from El Paso Texas and have been on a desperate search for Menudo in Richmond for the past 15 years. Cielito Lindo is the best I've had in Richmond by far. They don't serve it with posole in the soup, but you can just buy it from the attached store. The rest of the menu is great as well. Everything is very reasonably priced. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

I am disabled woth no income and my car is being worked on nearby, so I was looking for a place to sit. The pupusas are only $1.50, so I thought I would try one since I could afford that... oh... my... goodness! They are amazing!!! I ended up trying both, words cannot explain just how good these are!!! I will definitely be coming back!

Great little place. Great tacos, I got a mixture of the Lengua, Carne Asada and El Pastor. Best rice and beans I’ve ever had. Homemade hot sauce is delicious and has good heat. All of this is only $10.95. Great service. Mansi was very friendly and helpful.

Best Cuban sandwich in Richmond. Best feijoada in Richmond. In my opinion, tied for best pozole in Richmond. Amazing coxinhas, can't rank them because I have not had them anywhere else. I eat here about once a week when I am not on the road. The restaurant is tucked in the back of the grocery store. Excellent! And really nice people, too!

The best chicken I have ever had in my life I had here while working out of town. Came from Georgia to Virginia for a job and ate lunch and sometimes dinner as well at El Jardin just about every day. Super friendly service as well.

Ultra friendly service, clean everything, and delicious food. Breakfast is served all day, there are hot specials ready for lunch and dinner, and some really interesting South American dishes that are tasty. Attached to the restaurant is a well stocked market with tons of foods from Mexico, Brasil, and elsewhere in South America. Also on offer are tax services, translation services, accounting services, DMV help, and more.

This little market has a small restaurant in the back. There are a handful of tables and it doesn't seem that inviting, but the food is authentic Mexican food. This isn't Tex-Mex food. This is honest homecooked Mexican food. I had a good chicken burrito full of rice and beans. The best part is the salsa the comes on the side that you can pour onto each bite.

The pupusas were top-notch. The market is filled with great and hard to find Latino items, especially from Colombia. As a Colombian myself, I would highly recommend a visit.

We went to Aldi for red onion and water and they didn't have it. We cross the street to go to TNA-A supermarket and same story. We discovered the store on our way to Target and bingo! We got red onion and even buy yuca so later this week I will post how the yuca came out.

This is a hidden place from the regular foods joints. Along with providing ethnic market products there is also a small restaurant which provides a basic Latin meal. Though not as trendy as many other Latin American joints, it's perfect for the working class wanting to get a quick cheap bite.

My family and I have been going for years. They have a great selection of food, and there Cafe serves amazing food as well. Some things can be a little pricey, but overall a convenient place to shop for foreign food.
