Was awesome. Ate at the bar. The beautiful lady with the long white hair and white nails was a top-notch server. Really appreciate her attention and the food was cooked perfectly. If i’m Passing through Richmond again and stay out at the airport, i’M eating here.

we went at four in the evening and it was mostly empty. i ordered the bucket of bones and so did my wife. her son had the chicken and shrimp combo with mashed potatoes. the food i had which was buffalo wings and half rack of ribs with fries was really good. we used the whiskey glaze on both and it was great. the fries were average but a decent amount. our server was professional but not overly attentive. the place looked clean. all in all not a bad experience.
I enjoyed the new meatball app. It is delicious! We even ordered some to go! Our entrees were also good. Our waiter was very attentive. It was an enjoyable experience.
My girlfriend and I have down here a few times now, this place would probably be a lot better if it had more staff. The most recent time we went there was only one server handling all the tables and she needed help from the front-of-house staff. All in all, the food was decent and the server was trying their best.
Excellent customer service. At TGI Fridays hanging out. Can you feel the love? She still shared her salad with me.🤣
Good food and quality drink during happy hour. Salmon and Jasmine rice was delicious. Angel (bartender) was not as pleasant after I called her lady trying to change a drink order. But I still recommend.
I enjoyed a very delicious Philly cheese steak burger, wich was recommended by my waitress, and i am glad i did. Great service, will definitely recommend to my friends. Erin.
My ribs were delicious but the mash potatoes were cold. Other then that I would have given you guys a 5. Oh and I don't send my food back
Tierra was tending bar and she was very attentive. My friend and I came for drinks and appetizers and had a pleasant time

Food at TGIF is naturally sub-par, but you know that before walking in. I know they will have ice cold beer and good prices on food.
Food is good. On Mondays they have 50 cent wings. Their Pina Colada on the rocks is great.
The place was nice looking and clean. The bartender was very nice and friendly. I had the whiskey flat iron steak which the steak was good as were the toppings except the whiskey sauce was extremely sweet. It was just more like a sweet syrup. I think the steak would have been better off without the whiskey sauce. I would not get anything with the whiskey sauce again.
