PLEASE stop going off of the negative reviews or the star views!!. This Pizza Hut should have a 5 Star review in my opinion and I don’t understand why they don’t get the credit. We have lived here since last August, and my husband personally doesn’t like Pizza Hut. That being said, we had every other pizza out here you can name. ALL of them are trash, no taste, show up really late, and/or cold, pizza isn’t good in general, and it’s EVERY time. Not like we ordered from a place and had a bad experience and then went elsewhere. No, we try always to give places more than 1 chance bc we aren’t perfect either.
Ever since we have been ordering from this Pizza Hut location the last few months, we have been extremely happy and satisfied. We live just down the road, but even so, the food is ALWAYS hot, fresh, and accurate, and I haven’t ever had but 1 delivery issue and that was due to them loosing a driver that night. (Also; their bone in wings are the BEST!) Even still, when other places deliver it, it’s still so perfect! I am sad that we are moving from the area because this Pizza Hut has been a life saver for us while we’ve been moving and packing. My last day ordering some lunch for myself before we move, and they even gave me an extra marinara I didn’t ask for! :) Thank you Wadsworth Pizza Hut for always displaying amazing and friendly customer service, and always, the best quality pizza! #NOONEOUTPIZZASTHEHUT!
Great service. Friendly employees.We got our pizza quickly on a busy Friday night and we had not ordered ahead. Love the deep dish pizza...perfect bread like and soft crust!
Delivery driver we had last night was very friendly and I feel went above and beyond what a typical delivery driver does. I hope he knows what a great job he’s doing. Pizza was good too!
Great visit today! The one-man operation was brilliant. The Associate/ Manager covered food prep, customers at the counter and on the phone. He had to take extra time to address an issue with a customer and provided excellent customer service and never lost site of me and when my order would be ready.
The Bread Sticks too were brilliant - golden brown and crisp on the outside and tender on the inside - Yummy!
My experience with pizza was awesome with no problems the other day. Wadsworth Drive Pizza Hut is the best.
They were in what felt like a hidden corner of a plaza I hadn't noticed before. But their service was good and the pizza was freshly made. It was delicious.
Extremely fast and friendly. Pizza and wings were hot and very good. Will order from them on pizza night going forward.

The food arrived much faster than expected. It arrived at 6:00 pm or so, and my email and the online estimate was 6:30ish. Also my delivery person was really nice and friendly. I really appreciated that she followed my instructions and put my pizza on the table on my porch instead of trying to hand it to me when she saw me at the door. It is surprising how many times delivery people automatically reach out to me to hand me things when I always tell them to put items on the table on my porch. My delivery person placed the items on the table, greeted me pleasantly, chatted for a few seconds and left very pleasantly. I wish I could clone her for every delivery experience I have. She was perfect. Ashanti, you rock!!!!!! Thank you!
The employee that was in the facility when I arrived to pick up was very attentive, friendly, and provided me with prompt, professional, and courteous service though she seemed to be alone as she was making another pizza when I arrived. She even thanked me for my order. Truly a dedicated employee.
