I love Papa John's Pizza! For a chain restaurant, especially fast food type, it is the best! On this day I was picking up four extra large pizzas for a church event. I think it took me longer to order them over the phone then it did for them to make them! They had all for them made in under 15 minutes!
I felt very satisfied with how the staff treated me upon picking up my pizza. They were obviously getting a lot of orders in but still were attentive and friendly! Great job. And the pizza was delicious;)

I ordered my customized large pizza on the way home from taking my son to get a haircut. The food arrived 15 mins after we got into the door and we were hungryyy! It was right on time and it was gooood and hot! As you can see it’s almost gone and we got it about ten minutes ago lol!

Are you having pizza cravings during this lockdown period ? Well; here's the answer. I ordered a medium size pizza with grilled chicken & veggie toppings and my tummy was never more satisfied. The app said the delivery time would be around 35-40 minutes but I was surprised to hear my door being knocked well within 20 minutes. Superb service
Best papa John's in RVA ! They're always professional and understanding. Anytime I call about mistakes I made from online ordering they always fix them without being rude. I even called once to request them to write on the inside of the box, they could've said no but had a great sense of humor and wrote what I asked. They honestly go above and beyond and I highly recommend people to check them out. I've ordered from this location as well as others for many years. This location has AMAZING customer service!!

This is to "Seven Wonder": the people MAKING your pizza do NOT have to wear gloves even if they handle money! Simply because, when they put it in the OVEN it cooks it to PAST the proper temperature that kills what germs you think might be on it. You have never worked in food service I guess. But trust me when I say this: if you feel THIS way, DEEP DOWN, about FOOD SERVICE. ONE: you are an idiot. No offense but, TWO: You will NEVER EAT OUT AGAIN! That is how EVERY restaurant works! STATE/FEDERAL GUIDELINES! we enjoy your sushi! I do! ;)
My first delivery experience here was awful but after giving the store a 2nd shot, the pizza was good, delivery was fast, and customer service was excellent. So, it’s a hit or miss. I feel that they do care about their customers and are striving to improve..
