I had a bad experience at this location this morning. I had been craving a sausage breakfast crunch wrap all week. I got there and the system was down. They told me to come back in 5 minutes. I did and the system was still down. At that point I'm mad but it's nothing that a crunch wrap won't fix. So I go back a third time and they said that they were not serving breakfast. That is when I snapped. The entire time that I snapped at the guy taking orders he stayed professional and apologized. He explained the situation and by the time I left I apologized to him. He was white with a mustache taking orders at the drive thru this morning. He needs a raise for his superior customer service skills. Also there is a young black lady working the register with red and blonde braids with superior customer service skills as well. They are the best employees y'all have.
Surprisingly, the food was pretty good. It was hot and properly made. The drive-thru staff were friendly and professional. My only gripe is the prices.
Taco Bell has NEVER cost as much as it does now. 😫
We don't know how good we had it in pre-pandemic/inflation times.
Just came through the drive through. Everybody got their food in record time. I had to leave a review! Couldn’t have been more than 3 minutes from ordering to getting the food!
I eat at this Taco Bell at least 3 times a week for lunch. Staff is always friendly, fast and the food is always fresh and made correctly. One of the best fast food restaurants on Chamberlayne for sure.
Food was fast, lobby was clean. What can I say, it was a good experience.
Well this is my neighborhood Taco Bell. Though I seldom purchase there, I had a small appetite while waiting for Uber, so I grab a couple of Sunday special hard shell tacos. To my surprise they were good because it has sufficient ground beef in it. It might sound strange to some but for the prices we're paying for fast food nowadays, I think a customer should get a decent amount of beef on a hard shell/ soft shell taco. So I was pleased with the portion and the taste.
We love this Taco Bell. This weekend I placed a very large, detailed order for a party. When I arrived, the team had already made the part of the order that wouldn’t get soggy. When I arrived they started on the second half and it was done in less than 5 minutes. All of the specialty items and substitutions were labeled on the packaging. I was so thankful and so impressed.
Efficient drive- thru window service, got my order perfect jus how I like it nacho bell grande no beans xtra meat xtra Sour cream. Shredded lettuce😋. Thnx guys👍
Food was ready when we got there. Everything was made perfect, and they got the order 100% correct which often doesn't happen at Taco Bell. Only issue is that it's an old Taco Bell that could use an update, but everything was clean.
I have to say I had a very unexpected and pleasant experience today. Service was quick and the food was great! I feel like this location has made some serious improvements and made an investment in providing a better product and customer experience. Keep it up! Bring the Mexican pizza back and we will be there more regularly!
Ordered online and picked up through the drivethru. Everything was correct and the food was great. Online exclusive cravings box is a great way to save a few bucks with a bundle
I haven't eaten at a Taco Bell in years, mainly due to poor product and poor Customer Service.
The last couple of weeks, I worked a few nights, late and stopped here for a quick bite to take home.
The staff at this location, both visits, were very polite and friendly and the orders were perfect.
We were sure to compliment them on their great service and due to my experiences, as of late, I would return again for a late night, to go meal!
What can I say? It's an addiction. Glad this location stays open late. The employees are usually very professional, there have been a few occasional lapses in professionalism. But it's Taco Bell, they employ stoners and children... It's to be expected. 😉
