2 out of 10 times they messed up my order but the food is the freshest of all Burger King's around usually nd rarely a line
The only negative I have about this restaurant is that they tend to get the order wrong...alot. I have gotten something free 3 times in 14 days because they got my order wrong. Either they didn't have all of what I ordered in the bag or they had mayo on my burger when i said no mayo. I hope they do better in that department.
The buns seemed different here. The 2 meals for $10 is 👍 seeing how one BK is 2 for $12 and another's 2 for $14 in the Henrico area
We went during lunch, around 12 noon, and was surprised it didn't take long for our food. Employees were friendly, for the most part. The food was got and our order was correct. Even the parking lot was clean. However, we didn't see the bathrooms.
Staff is wonderful. Food is more often than not fresh and made to order. Rare occasions I have gotten bad fries or poppers, but they are easy to get replaced if you catch it before you leave. Also I'm not a fan of their tea. If they brewed their own instead of using the fuzz brand I think it would be much better. Stopped ordering meals just because I don't like their tea and I don't drink sodas.
Great service! Very pretty cashier(I think she's latina) was very nice to me. I wish I hadn't choked trying to talk to her(having a bad day and was up since 5am smh). I'm definitely going to eat there when I'm traveling through the area.
Did mobile order came to pick it up I requested no pickles on the Big King. I guess no pickles means no onions 🤣🤣. Anyway usually they are on point but the only reason 5 stars the drive thru lady always have a smile, very polite and calls you baby 🤣🤣❤️❤️❤️

Ashley the manager WAS MOVING!!! Its lunch time on Friday and she made sure we were in and out in 10 min!!! She did so well and kept her tram going!! If you are on lunch or just passing through definitely stop in for your BK fix!
I'd say this place is good to satisfy your hunger and chill area most of the time. The wait can be quick or be a minute. It's a fast food place. I mean what else did you expect The staff has always been great and helpful always. Also if I have had anything wrong with my food they always fixed it but I'm not a big complainer and I dont have high expectations for fast food establishments. If its edicile and warm enough, I'm happy
Good food for cheap and a quick bite. The inside of the resturant was clean
Good fast service. Whoppers had plenty of toppings which is what is great about the whopper. Fries could have used a little more salt, but overall one of the better burger kings I have been to.
