I am most certainly never disappointed when I eat here!! I love coming here so much! The staff here are very friendly and this place gives a homely Southern type vibe. The food is amazing! This was my second time coming here and I was able to try the crabmeat stuffed fish, mashed potatoes and gravy, and cabbage with a roll. It was so good and very well seasoned! You get a lot for a very reasonable price!! I have no complaints about this place here! I recommend this place to anyone! I wish they had one near Virginia Beach because I'd definitely be there more often! I look forward to coming here again!
This was a nice family restaurant. Was in town visiting my cousin for her birthday, and she said this was one of her favorite places to eat. The service was fast, and the prices were reasonable. The food had good flavor. It reminds me of a similar restaurant in NC called K&W cafeteria.. We had an awesome server. Joan, I believe, was her name.
Didn’t even know this place was right behind my house. Got the Nashville chicken w Mac n cheese, mashed pot, cabbage n a piece of pecan pie. I got no problem paying for decent food but the fact that it was a cafeteria n was on a steam table made it the best 20$ I’ve ever spent on fast food. Hell I’d pay more than that
The staff are some of the nicest people that I have encountered in the Hampton area. The food is served cafeteria style and has extremely large portions. My go-to meal is always hamburger steak with onions and gravy, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, roll, and a spinach salad. The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired, but the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff more than make up for this. Everything is very reasonably priced; I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for an old-school home-cooked meal.
This place never fails to satisfy my taste for “nana’s cookin”. Best southern styled food in all Hampton Roads. Staff never fails to have a smiling face and give a warm welcome. Not to mention they have some great specials like 2 meals for $25. Great portion sizes and I always leave with left overs. You just can’t beat that price for such quality food. Thanks for everything!!

I'm a liver connoisseur and most cafeterias & restaurants that don't bread and fry their liver tend to overcook them. That was NOT the case here! I was visiting for the wknd and my gf made a point to take us there because she knows I love liver. It was delicious!!! I recommend!!! All of the food was good!!
The food was great. But our server or waitress or whatever you call her was amazing. Her name is Vera. She deserves a raise. There has never been such an attentive and friendly and personable person. She was great. I'd go back just to see her again.

This is my default place I go to when I don't know exactly know what I have a taste for and they never disappoints. I dined there on Father's Day and I had the blackened ribeye steak. I was initially lukewarm, but the server had the kitchen to place it back on the grill for me. It was delicious. Thank you Piccadilly for continuing to provider good food, friendly and competent staff and reasonable prices.
Visited the restaurant after 30 plus years! Food still good but some items could have had a little more flavor.
Food was excellent! Took order to go. Enough to feed two people for less than 20 dollars. Had the baked chicken, broccoli w/cheese, yams and a roll and drink.
This restaurant has become a staple when I want some good southern cooking and don't feel like preparing the meal myself.

Piccadilly was a fast and decent place to get a full meal. They closed in this area years ago along with Morrison's Cafeteria but I heard that there was one entire order. I think I like the sweet potato pie and cobblers. My meal was haddock and slaw with sweet tea and rolls. Haven't been to one in years I guess the quality should be the same
