I mean it's McDonald's but this location gets the job done. They are fast paced, friendly and serve hot fries. I love how close they are to my home and quick in the drive thru. Inside is always clean and the app offers awesome coupons and deals.
We stopped for a sweet treat, fast friendly service. Perfect ice cream cone with 2 caramel sundaes and one fudge! The table tops were really cool. Plenty of space to sit on the I side. 2 drive thru lanes and they moved pretty quick!
I'm not a McDonald's fan except for once a year and this is it:
McRib has arrived and this location is the only one in the Richmond area I could find who has it!
Fries were super hot and fresh, the cheeseburger was very tasty, and the tea was good. Staff was friendly, nobody was yelling or cursing, and the place was super clean. For a McDonald's, this is 5 stars!!
Best one near me. The staff is always so nice, says hello to whoever walks in the door. The tables and floors are clean and the breakfast is always on point. I've only gone for breakfast so I can't speak to service after 10 but they always make my day whenever I go.
Our experience was quick,and the employees were polite and helpful. In fact, my son dropped 2 cubes of ice while filling his water; I told him to pick them up and accidentally dropped my own cup of ice trying to help him. An employee saw me on the floor holding my 2 year old niece and a cup, trying to pick up all of the ice. She ran over and told me she would pick it up and appreciated I would even try to clean up my own mess. I understand that most people don't. She was very nice and I was very thankful she ran to help, or else I would still be there trying to pick everything up. ❤️ Will definitely visit this location again.

Like all McDonalds they serve reasonably priced food in a quick manner. This McDonalds has plenty of seating and reasonably available parking. The bathrooms were clean, at least the men's bathroom was. This McDonalds is easy to get to off Medowdale and Hopkins road. There's a shopping center across the street.
Bathrooms were clean. Friendly employees. Food was good.
