I’m sooo late writing this but I came in a few weeks ago with 2 females that were EXTRAORDINARY!! Pardon if I’m buthering their name but Cha (pronounced Sh-ah) and another sister with an “S” name (SH pronunciation) literally made my day in the most simplest way: kindness. The way they spoke was giving customer service is top priority and when my order got to me hot and fast it solidified not only their time management but also their work ethic. To give af when you likely don’t get paid enough to care at all is a different kind of special and they were just that.
I’ve never received that kind of service at this location before and it went a looong way. Literally into the rest of work week. God bless those two ladies.
Next time I’m in the area I’ll be sure to edit my review and accurately give them their flowers because they truly deserved it!
So empty because nobody eats here anymore, so you have the whole place and staff to yourself. You'll feel like royalty!
I came to southside for some business and ate at this burger king. The food was hot and good. Hit the spot. Service was fast. They were very nice. The lady that served me was very sweet. I don’t know her name but she has really long hair. She was at the window at 1:45 on Monday. Shout out to her and the ones who made sure food was fresh and hot. Oh and they didn’t forget anything like napkins etc.
For the most part it's just fast food. Some of the staff need work but so far at least my orders have been correct.
I entered Burger King with the urgency to use the bathroom I noticed that the bathroom was blocked off and the lady said we do not have a public bathroom so I'm trying to think where can I go and the kids is pestering me to order now so the manager had pity on me and she said take the kids and go to the bathroom. Not only using the bathroom was a pleasant experience and that's because it was super clean I also appreciated the fact that everyone was so courteous and nice even the cleaning lady was super friendly and to top it off I didn't have to walk far to a bus stop after leaving on a full stomach.
excellent friendly fast dine in service with a fresh whopper meal and they did every thing except fill my drink cup!The main reasons that I didn't rate them with 5 stars is that a couple of the tables didn't appear to have been cleaned, but in their defence,there was a young lady in process of cleaning the dining room when I arrived, & she stopped to get a straw for me & put a lid on my cola ! So I guess that they deserve 5 stars after all ! Next time ! March 9 th 2019,I am going to give this manager 5 stars today because I overheard her talking to an 83 year old lady who was sitting behind me and she only had a dollar & 15 cents. I turned around and told her that I had one more dollar that she could have and I put it on her table,then the manager surprised me by telling the lady that she could have a full meal and that she would put the rest of the change with it ! I'm thinking that the world needs more kindness like this !
I don't usually do this but I definitely wanted to recognize to the exceptional service I received in Burger King this morning (approx 9:30am Jan.12th) the good spirited, pleasant, polite efficient service is exactly what you need 1st thing in the morning. It wasn't just with me tho it was with everybody in line. I'm glad I decided to go inside instead of sittingiin the drive-through line. I like B K's breakfast & I really love the impossible wopper but now I love the great service that I received this morning. thank u! Thank you! young lady!!I Sorry I didn't catch her name. Best BK RESTAURANT EVER!! Management here makes it happen! Fries always hot burgers actually look like picture and taste even better!
I drive pass 2 other Burger King restaurants just to eat at this one! Totally worth it! Keep it up staff!
Best Jr Whopper I've ever had. Hot, cheese was melted everyone workin here was nice.
I love burger king whoppers and also the sausage egg and cheese croissants well worth the money ..note never order the #14:toasted thick bread with two bacon that is actually one bacon split in half on a bed of folded egg and one American cheese. Don't wast your money please.
