The drinks are delicious and the puffle is amazing! My fave!!!! Everyone that works there are super sweet.
Nice atmosphere, great service, decent bubble tea. They give you 24oz in a one-size cup, and it’s additional to add boba 🧋 to the tea. I had the regular milk tea boba as well as the strawberry milk tea boba, both at 50% sweetness. Even at 50% it had just enough sweetness for my liking. Since Kung Fu Tea and Kokee are the best options around this area that I’ve found, I definitely recommend giving this place a try. My favorite was the strawberry milk tea boba!

This was my first time visiting this location with my daughter. My daughter has been wanting to try boba tea for a few months. When I found out about this location, we decided to try it out! I was initially concerned about parking bc it is Carytown but we pulled right up in front of the store. We entered & it was very welcoming! I explained this was our first time and the rep explained everything and all the options available. We decided to go with the Starwberry Virgin Mojitos and added the strawberry flavored jellies. They were pretty darn tasty! It took me a while to get used to the jellies coming up the straw, I didnt expect thay for some reason lol! We also decided to try some macarons! We had red velvet, birthday cake, strawberry lychee & cotton candy. The cotton candy was my favorite & my daughter loved the birthday cake! They were very rich, sugary and softer than they look! I'm only giving 4 stars bc the macarons are a little expensive, perhaps a better bundle deal... With 6 macarons and 2 teas we paid a little over $30. Other than that, the customer service was good & the drinks, food were tasty.
The building is clean, cute, and functional. There is a fridge with some additional drink options and an imported snack shelf. The staff was friendly and I went every day while on vacation. The best juice boba tea I've ever had!
I’ve been going here regularly for about four or five years now, they’ve had a great location change and the boba is the best in town! The owners are very friendly, and always greet you when you come in.
So delicious! We love stopping here for a treat. The espresso macaroons are my favorite. The taro is a little too sweet for me as is , but the kids love it.
Everyone is always so nice here and they make great bubble tea. We usually get a dragon fruit smoothie or a mango one with popping boba and a Thai bubble milk tea. The boba is always perfect!
One of the cutest bubble tea places I've been to! Their drinks are the perfect size, they give you a good amount of boba, & they don't put a ton of ice in it. I highly recommend!
I personally love boba, and as such, I'm bound to love most places that serve boba. However, I must say that not everyone makes boba right. Kokee Tea does. Kokee Tea is the one place I know will never disappoint me. Their drinks and toppings are delicious, and they have bubble waffles and ice cream! I've made it my personal mission to try everything on their menu and get to the point that the kind people working their know my name. 😊💜
Bonus Points: Sometimes they play Kpop songs so if you like BTS, Stray Kids, Black Pink, etc. 👀
I love this place! I'm not a huge fan of the plain boba but I really like the flavored boba. Today I got a strawberry milk tea with strawberry boba. It's a little pricey but fun for an occasional treat.
The people are very welcoming and kind. Priced similarly to other boba tea stores, and quite delicious. I had the Oreo cookies and cream brown sugar boba tea with double boba. Fabulous! Oh, and they made it with almond milk for me. Fabulous.

Kokee Tea could be an oasis on a scorching sunny day, a place where one can grab refreshments. Their tea is good but customer service is not up to par. That’s a bit disappointing.
If you're in Carytown and want Boba, out of the three, this is the shop to go to. The taste is as good or better than the other two while being noticeably cheaper and with a better atmosphere.
I've been following this business on instagram for months and finally today my husband and I made our way over there. (Pictured below) I got a mango slush with strawberry drizzle and mango jelly. My husbands drink that is not pictured was mango slush with kiwi bubbles.
Place is mixed in with 3 other businesses which is actually really neat and most certainly something different. We will be back for sure to try the stuffed bubble waffle treats!!
Also they have a 'Christopher Walk-In' and I love it.
Decent place for a decent drink with friends. Price is reasonable. The female cashier (seems like the owner) was pretty helpful and friendly. However the other staff (a guy) was so clueless - I suppose he's a new employee. The place has potential though, will stop by next time I come to town.

They have a huge variety of drinks and dessert. A much more diverse and varying menu compared to most places. Super quick and efficient service. Never takes more than a couple minutes for your drink to be finished. Wonderful flavors and even a large selection of dessert available.
