I have become a regular now. This week I will be there two times. I find it a great place for business. I can study with friends when I need and the food and blueberry tea are awesome!!! The staff are top notch and do a fantastic job.
☕ 🍩 A little slice of heaven in Richmond, KY!! The organic coffees are roasted and brewed to perfection. I don't use that word loosely!!! There is no better and I've been drinking "gourmet," coffee since the 70s!! The food is excellent too! I'm displaced here in Kentucky and this little coffee shop and the excellent brew, reminds me so much of home, in Eugene, Oregon.
If you haven't tried the Vietnamese Coffee, give it a try next time. It's wonderful. The flavor is rich but not too sweet. The flavor of the espresso goes wonderfully with the creamy sweetness of the condensed milk. It's one of my faves!
This is by far the best coffee shop in Central Ky... And I'm not bias or anything.
The espresso has a great flavor, reminds me of a great little shop in Princeton NJ with a similar roast flavor profile. Love the drinks here, will be back next year when I return to Kentucky.
I was in town for a Mary Kay workshop and some of us chose Purdy's for lunch. Best choice hands down. The staff, service, food, and atmosphere were fabulous!! Thank you to Purdy's for the warm welcome!!!

Been in the search for a place that makes a decent cup of joe and this place does way more than that. Great coffee, clean and nice place, awesome service!
Purdy's is the best! Atmosphere, staff, service, drinks, food, all wonderful! I look forward to getting a morning latte' at Purdy's through the week and the occasional lunch date with a friend. The atmosphere is so cozy and the workers are friendly!
This is one of my favorite coffee shops and their cappuccinos are excellent.

We hosted a bridal shower today in the lounge. The food was delicious and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Such a lovely place to hold an event.

Currently having breakfast here (Oatmeal & Such, Veggie quiche) and it's excellent! Great food for a great price. I like the ambiance and there's a good variety of drinks, too.
Best coffee in all the land! Also, the atmosphere is like Cheers, where everybody knows your name.

This is one of my favorite places to go. Love the atmosphere and anything I've ever tried there food and coffee related. The staff is great and always take great care of their customers. I'm really glad Richmond has Purdy's.

A wonderful place to eat, caffeinate and get some work done.
I had to travel to Richmond for a vet appointment so I took my office with me and set up shop at Purdy’s. I got some drip coffee which was the roast of the day and WOW! It was brewed perfectly. Most people who come to coffee shops look for artisan drinks, but it’s great to have a good drip option.
I also had breakfast, a snack and lunch this is my thoughts:
For breakfast I had the Farmhouse bagel, it was on a marvelous multi grain bagel with seasoned eggs (nice touch), cheese, bacon & sour cream. It was perfect, only issue was I only had one.
For a snack I had a Blueberry muffin. It was good, not great, but I wouldn’t travel here just for a muffin so I won’t hold that against them.
For lunch I had the Smokehouse wrap, and this blew me away. Full of pulled chicken, bbq, slaw (not sure if this is house made or bought, but the slaw was ridiculously good). This wrap honestly blew me away. Would have liked to have it be a little larger but I’m also I large guy, it would be plenty for the average person

Only complaint is the lack of chairs with seat backs. I guess college kids like the modern high tops with the Barstools, but for extended stays I was here for over 4hrs, my back couldn’t handle that.
I love the smoothness of Purdy's espresso drinks. They have a nice rich flavor without the bitterness you often get with espresso. Definitely my go-to place for coffee!
I got an iced mocha and it was great. My toddler however redeemed a free baby Chino and the lady the rang us up didn't seem to like that she got a free drink. Didn't add ice or vanilla to it. my toddler was very disappointed and this was supposed to be her treat for being super brave at her dr and getting shots.
They have excellent local finds. This kumbotcha from a small town local brewer out of Berea that we had never had before! It was excellent (blueberry/pineapple); try the lavender lemonade it's amazing as well refreshing! They have excellent coffee an even have a few sugar free/low carb options.
This is a great spot for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I am so happy to see that it's still very busy. It's popular for the college students but always has a mix of folks.
Went here for a quick work lunch with a supplier. The place is very nice and comfortable...we loved the sawn wood tabletops...we ordered chicken wraps that were excellently prepared and delicious, as was the coleslaw that came with it. Good place for a quick lunch or coffee and a snack! The people were very nice as well. This is a must check out place if your in Richmond...we will be back earlier in the day to try the coffee and snacks!
It's very simple inside, with beautiful wooden tables. The employees were very nice. I got a french vanilla cappuccino and my Man got a black coffee. We both were wanting it again the next day! It was the best! The black coffee had no bitterness, and the cappuccino was creamy and delicious.
