We love Nuevo! We feel like family when we go in. We eat here once a week or more bc my kids are picky eaters and beg. My oldest calls it her favorite quesadilla place. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to the music Sunday evening. And the food is always good! My favorite is carnitas or carne asda tacos. My husband tries different things.
Always a good experience! By far my favorite Mexican Restaurant in Richmond. Food is always on point, prices are great considering the amount you get for the price, always served in a timely manner, and the servers are always super nice and check on us frequently. Just ate there yesterday, and the Oreo Churros are a must try �
About 45 mins from my house but when I come up to shop I eat here! Food is amazing! Staff is friendly. I usually do not like Mexican restaurants but this one is amazing!!! Love the food so much
I would have to say that this is the best Mexican in Richmond or for that matter all of Madison County.

Been going to Nuevo Vallarta for a long time. They were swamped when we got in there, got a booth and had chips and salsa in less than 5 minutes. Waiter stopped by briefly and got our drinks back to us in no time at all! The food is always great, and the service is excellent! So, when I go to lunch or dinner with friends and family I always suggest Nuevo Vallarta!

I recommend very highly, the food is great and so is the atmosphere. Their frozen margaritas are very good too.
The ambiance was great, service was excellent (my wife & I were there about 3:00 pm. My wife and I (Americans) live in a small village in Mexico. The food was well prepared, hot (temperature wise), very tasty and well presented. It was authentic Mexican food. We shall be going back soon!

One of our favorite places to eat! Food is always fresh, flavorful, and delicious! The staff is super friendly and expeditious getting to you wether it comes to seating, drink refills, more chips, and food to your table! The restaurant is always clean and spotless when we come. The prices are pleasing to the wallet as well!

This is definitely a popular place, great food & good prices. Both experiences, (Dine-in/pick-up) was wonderful, excellent staff. Fast and friendly, always made sure my glass wasn't empty. Definitely a great place to go with family or friends.
