Barbara was my server this evening. She helped me with my order and was very courteous. I forgot to tell her to leave the tomatoes off my salad and had to go back to counter. She came right back to me and made sure my order was right. The salad was delicious and the service was great.
Zaxby's as a whole, week always get 5 stars from me. They have amazing chicken and customer service to match. Bought 2 family meals, in drive thru. Sure it stressed then a little, so not gonna give them less than 5 stars. Currently live in Ohio, bought this to take bk, because we love it. Expected cold, but dry?! Anyway thanks zaxby's. Now can someone please build 1 in mid Ohio? Thanks
Got to Zaxbys a little later than normal dinner time... & very close to closing... around 10:45pm. Annnnd with it being so close to closing, I honestly thought we were going to end up with "lunch chicken" or that super crispy hard as a rock on outside type of chicken... BUT I was soOoO SO wrong !! (Thank goodness) I got the 'Chicken Nibblerz' 😋 meal with seasoned fries & a very cold fountain Sprite... ~ ...EVERY bite was even better than the one before !!!
I would definitely absolutely recommend the 'Chicken Nibblerz' meal to everyone, it was without a doubt 5 STARS ☆☆☆☆☆
Loved the house salad. But, disappointed to be informed today at the Richmond, Ky location that Thousand Island dressing was no longer available. Please make available again.
It was really good. I always get the Kickin Chicken Sandwich Combo! I would give 5 stars but sometimes the food isn't always the freshest!
My first time through while visiting Kentucky. The drive-thru was quick and friendly and the signature club was amazing the fries weren't my favorite but that's okay.
